Absolute Pathetic support department. Cannot call anymore and they could not care one bit. I paid for a 1 year subscription which was supposed to allow me to do anything but I cannot even send a message to a woman. I reached out to the support department and they basically do not care one bit, they did not even read my frustration e-mail but rather send me a return message saying we do not care, we have your money. The worst customer service of all time. I wasted well over $200 on a pathetic site with zero support. Stay away and save your money.

This is a typical garbage dating site with woman completely controlling the site, (Dominating) most never read your profile nor even know where you live, rude, ignorant, you may get a response but it's within the first 24 hours to 48 that the question comes up, where do you live and where are you working, do you own or rent ....

    I joined Match on May 7, 2026 after over a week, I was banned. I was not sent notification. I only found out when I tried to login. Requesting forgot password with no such luck. I reached out to customer service which there is no number so you can talk to anyone, so you’re going back-and-forth with emails which I did. Two days later I got an email saying that I needed to request an appeal due to banned, I had no reason to be banned. I responded back letting them know that I did nothing wrong. I didn’t really communicate with anyone, only to be told two days later that someone named Tyrone did some fraudulent and because I said hello, which is all I did I was banned.

    I have done two appeals only to receive a response, telling me what they’ve already told me about this Tyrone person. It has been a week now and I still am not able to log on even after sending messages over to customer service. From my perspective, Match is not a good site because you're banned for whatever reason and then you’re not notified as to why, I constantly reached out to them. But they do not hesitate to take your money from your account and it’s hard to get your refund back due to customer service. So I would say customer service real bad and they aggressively take your money even if you’re not enjoying the site and even if you have not been able to log into the site. The attached is the response I get when trying to log on.

    I was banned from Match for no apparent reason other than asking for help to get back into my account. I made several attempts for help but no help ever came from Match other than to ban me. I than get an email from customer service saying my account has been reactivated, and still I couldn't get in to it. When Match ask to verify my account, I used my cell number, and still to this day, I'm waiting for a code to be sent to get into the account. My last email to customer service, I advised them I was contacting the BBB and file a complaint, which I did. My advice to anyone is to stay the hell away from Match.

    I previously had positive experiences with Match.com but this time the first day of creating a new profile. After being newly single I was blocked for an unknown reason. All I had done so far was upload a few pictures, all of which were perfectly appropriate. Can't get a hold of anyone in customer service. Have tried for 5 days filling out their forms and emailing several times a day. No responses whatsoever.

    Awful. Paid for subscription and a few days later, I can't access my account. Retrieve password doesn't send email when trying. Sent several emails to not customer care and still nothing. Started Saturday. We're going on Wednesday. Terrible business practices.

    I was using travel as a conversation starter and says it’s against community standards and was censored. The algorithm will make sure you do not make a real connection. Don’t waste your money here.

    I have been on this site for about a month, and EVERY single guy, about 15 or more, I chatted with wants my number and ultimately insists on using WhatsApp. Their reasons for using WhatsApp instead of texting directly make no sense, and eventually, the conversation turns to financial and investment strategies. Not one of these guys didn't go in this direction. Those that I mention, I won't use WhatsApp....POOF. GONE. Beware, this site appears to only contain scammers and financial predators.

    I read somewhere that they’ll answer a customer service request ASAP. Do they realize ASAP means priority? It’s been a day since I’ve gotten a blocked notice. I’ve read on here some take several weeks? Really? What if I’m chatting with someone? It’s a money grab.
