User support is delayed and sometimes non-existent. There is a high number of frauds. Most are obvious. Unfortunately, the other legitimate online-dating options are minimal (at best).

Terrible website. There are very few people on this site. They are selling something they do not have. Rip off.

Eharmony has been the worst dating app I have ever been on. Most of the profiles don’t even have pictures. When I called customer service they were not helpful at all. Don’t join this!

eHarmony is a scam. During a two month period, the contacts I received turned out to be both scammers. One wanted me to give her $4000 after just one week of correspondence. All the other contacts they sent were incomplete with no picture and very little information about who they are. I had to have my atm card replaced, so the last payment did not go through. After deciding that there were only a few months left on the one year (bogus) contract, I gave them my new card number. Yet they still blocked me and continued to ask for a new card. I responded with "it will be a cold day in hell before I try again". STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Total scam! I had to cancel my credit card so they would stop stealing money! Run. Don’t walk.

Perhaps someone more clever than myself can come up with a better name than Scamharmony or Escamarmony, but that is my experience. A never ending stream of scammers.

Even though I stopped the automatic renewal with the eHarmony March of this year, they turned around and turned the renewal back on and now have billed me $406 and shares my membership goes to 2028. I cannot get access to my account to stop the automatic renewal and cancel the membership unless I pay this amount. I don’t understand their practice. I received an email in March confirming the automatic renewal was turned off and all of a sudden this May I get a notification that my account is renewed for another 12 months and I owe $406 but I cannot gain access to my past account unless I pay him this amount of money to turn around and do the same thing I did before. Cancel the account and turn off the automatic renewal. It’s a vicious circle with these people. I find their practice to be deceiving and a scam.

Soon after my 4 months, after having made my last payment for my 12 month subscription, they changed the ‘find members’ function. Now you see only one profile, and before you can go to the next one or see any others, you must decide to either like that person or permanently remove them. Many profiles are terribly incomplete and/or have only pic, so you are forced to search one by one and make a decision before seeing another match. And so now the ‘visitors’ page is truly a list of everyone who has permanently removed your profile just to see if someone better looking pops up, I guess. Oh, and the moment I changed my notifications to exclude only their newsletter and dating advice articles, I stopped getting ALL email notifications and they didn’t care to address this problem let alone fix it.

Even though eHarmony has pictures of me, they now changed the signup, so they want another pic. This is foolish. My pics are very seeable as they are. Also be very careful they will start sending you so called "dates on the other side of the country," which is ridiculous. I would tell everyone not to use this so-called service.

Awful experience. No choices. Same choices over 3 mo. Many profiles with no pictures - NONE.
