We switched to Nextiva about a year ago after retiring a Cisco on premise phone system, and the experience has been very positive overall. One of the biggest drivers for the change was moving away from aging hardware. Our old server had become loud and unreliable, so eliminating the on premise equipment entirely was a huge improvement. The setup process was straightforward. Nextiva helped us build out our initial phone tree, and since then the admin portal has been easy enough that I can manage changes on my own without needing to reach out to support. Compared to our previous system, the admin interface is far more user friendly.

We do not rely heavily on the phone system day to day, but when it is used, it has been reliable. We have not experienced dropped calls or call quality issues, and there have been no complaints from users. Administrative updates are simple, and when something more advanced comes up, their knowledge base and documentation have been helpful. Overall, Nextiva has delivered exactly what we were looking for: a stable, easy to manage cloud phone system without the headaches of maintaining physical hardware. It has been a smooth transition and continues to work as expected.

    I’ve been using Nextiva for work, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The biggest thing I like is how reliable the phone system is. Calls are clear, and I haven’t had many issues with dropped calls or outages, which is huge when you’re talking to clients all day.     I wasn't aware of this company, but it was recommended when I needed a new telephone provider for our business. SO glad I checked them out! Their plans are not "cookie cutter" style which is just a bundle of services, i.e. one size to fit all. Nextiva had a dedicated team member call and set up all of our preferences so that our service is tailor made for our needs! They responded to our questions and resolved matters quickly. Very satisfied!
