This was my second time using RoadRunner Auto Transport, and once again they delivered a great experience. There was a small mix up with scheduling. I was originally promised a May 22 pickup, but my vehicle was not picked up until May 23. There was also a little confusion at delivery when the driver accidentally called me instead of another customer. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall quality of service.
The actual transport process was excellent. The driver was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I was especially impressed that he was able to deliver the car directly to my house. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition, exactly as it was when it was picked up. Despite the minor communication hiccups, the transport itself was seamless, and the customer service and driver professionalism were outstanding. This is my second successful shipment with RoadRunner Auto Transport, and I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommended!

Transport driver D, did a good job in keeping me notified and ETA, I appreciate that, Car was delivered in the shape I had expected, made delivery in good time. I will for sure use this company again, I have my eye on another vehicle in Ft. Lauderdale Fl, if I purchase vehicle, for sure I will use Road Runner's services without hesitation. Our experience was fine. We would have different expectations next time...(if there is one). In particular we would be more flexible on the timing of key events. Pickup was around 9 at night one day late, and delivery was also 1 day late around 9 at night. We are not distressed about the delays but we would have liked more warning since we had to stay near home for 2 days Since we didn't want to miss the driver. Delivery at night in Denver area (with little warning, perhaps 1/2 hr) the delivery was difficult because a toddler was involved, and they had to figure out if they should wake her up and take her, or leave her home alone. Or call a neighbor on Saturday night. They got the car just fine, I have no idea how that happened. Important that you know we are satisfied with the experience, would recommend you to others, but caution them to ask for more warnings of delays/timing. Thank you.

They were easy to set up for our vehicle pickup. Very informative and helpful. The price was reasonable. The driver that picked up our vehicle was very professional and respectful to us and our vehicle. He let us know the timeframe when he would arrive. We able to track the stages of the delivery and they had it mapped out for us to see. Upon delivery, the driver was professional and caring about our car. They kept us informed on the delivery time. Both pick up and delivery drivers were very friendly and took photos of our car for damage. Our vehicle was transported from Indiana to Arizona.

I ordered my car (2014 Buick Encore) to be taken from south Florida to Washington state. Everyone during the booking process and transit process had great communication and was super friendly. My car arrived undamaged, and the driver took photos for confirmation and so did I. Good transparency and response time.
I did have one problem - when I booked, I said that I needed my car in Washington by a certain date. The order form has a slot for "date available" which is what that date was put under. I made the assumption that "date available" meant when my car would be available to me, but what it actually meant was that the day I requested to have my car by had been marked as the day it was available for Road Runner to pick up. I think it would be helpful to have two designated slots on the form for pickup AND dropoff, so that this mistake doesn't happen again. It was ultimately fine, but it was an inconvenience.

Bait and switch - SCAM - BEWARE! On June 2, 2026, I spoke with Dominick ** and asked him once I agreed to the cost for his company to haul my brand new vehicle from the Cadillac dealership in Henderson NV to my home in Virginia Beach, VA how long would it take and he told him it takes 1-2 days to get confirmed on a load and then 6-8 days to arrive. I have this in writing as well. I agreed and signed the agreement for $1929. Soon thereafter I was reading reviews online about this company doing bait and switch tactics. I emailed Dominick who replied and assured me that would not be the case. After not hearing from anyone, on June 8th I spoke with Lana ** (manager) who reassured me that the agreed upon price would be the price I'd pay.
Yesterday I got a call from Jonathan ** who said my vehicle would be picked up and hauled to me but that I'd have to pay nearly $600 more. I told him that was not what we agreed to in our contract and it was bait and switch. He said either I pay that or my vehicle will stay at the dealership. Ironically, in the initial quote from Dominick he warned me about other company's doing bait and switch. I need this vehicle for work. I now had to pay for a rental car and have to fly to Las Vegas from VA Beach, VA to pick up and drive the car home, which will cost me $1700 or more for airfare, hotel, food, electric car charging and will be out of work for 4-days as a result. I have email correspondence from and to this company assuring me the $1929 contract price would be the total cost to me. I've also filed formal complaints with the Attorney General in FL (where Dominick works) and NY (address on their website), as well as the US DOT and FMCSA dept of transportation.

Very glad I came across RoadRunner, they helped me find a driver in one phone call after I was struggling with another provider for weeks. Not only did they a driver within a week that could transport my car from the Midwest to CA, they were able to pick up the car and deliver it earlier than the expected dates. My car was in the exact same condition upon delivery. Great service!

Road Runner Auto Transport is a den of liars and thieves. They use the New York BAIT and SWITCH Technique on potential clients. They will book at a reasonable price then weeks after booking they won’t deliver on the established pick up date. About a week after the established pick up date they will confirm an actual pick up date with a new price hundreds almost $1K more in my case….consider this review a WARNING!

I received vehicle on time and got good updates and communication from RoadRunner. Vehicle was undamaged. Used an enclosed carrier to ship my 1979 Chevrolet K-10. I will be using roadrunner again. Not much else to say.

First time having my car shipped and it was a good experience. From getting my car picked up in Utah to receiving the car in Michigan, 10/10 experience. The driver was good at keeping me updated and made it easy on me when it came to picking up my car.
