I needed help and Brian ** was super patient and clear on what I had to do with the impressions.

From the start, this was a difficult process. The aligners did an okay job but did not straighten my teeth perfectly. After this, the provided retainer broke within a year. I attempted to order new retainers at a very high cost ($300). They refused to send them after receiving the payment for them stating I had to go through the refitting process. They required more money to "re-evaluate" my case. They sent me email that they shipped my retainers but they did not. They are a Pyramid Scheme trying to get more money out of you.

I gave 4 stars cause before Harry ** I had 2 appointments with another staff and she didn’t know how fixed up the issues. I postponed my appointment several times because I thought we wouldn't be able to make it. Harry ** was very helpful and informative. He helped to solve my issue. Thank you!

Brian ** did great on our video call. He was thorough and very friendly. This step should be closer to getting aligners.

All correspondence with this company has been pleasant, prompt and helpful!!! The process was smooth effortlessly and effective!! Some slight discomfort first few days of new aligner then smooth sailing!!!! I highly recommend for everyone!!

I’m just starting my journey with Alignerco, but so far it’s been great. Ele the chat bot agent was super helpful when I was placing the order. Ray guided me so well through the impressions call. I’m looking forward to receiving my retainers and excited about the final results a couple of months down the line. Definitely recommend this smooth process and company to all.

Surprise extra cost. l appreciate being able to order online, do consult for impression via video, and have everything mailed to me. However, I was under the impression that my purchase would include retainers for life. On my consult video I was informed they become loose and you’ll need more. $500+ for 8 and $295 for 4. Wasn’t thrilled about the extra expense and could’ve gone with my orthodontist who quoted me lower.
