Ron with Patriot Gold made the purchase of our home possible. After notification of processing delays to distribute funds, for up to 2 calendar months, we were devastated, faced with the pending sale of our current home, loss of earnest monies and possible loss of purchase of our new home. I escalated to Ron and he promptly escalated the issue with the correct parties, such that the wire transfer was completed the same day and our home purchase closed on time! Given the special times that we are currently living in, I felt an urgency to move out of my legacy IRA and into a gold and silver IRA. From start to finish, they gave great explanation through the entire process as well as any follow-ups and when needed, deep explanations into the many varying aspects of the purchase process. In February 2024, I heard a commercial for the Patriot Gold Group’s Self-directed IRA program, just as I was considering moving assets from my SEP and 401k accounts into precious metals. I submitted my inquiry to https://www.patriotgoldgroup.com and received a prompt reply from Ron **, who was assigned as my Account Manager. I am very well informed on self-directed IRA’s since 80% or more of my clients use this structure to acquire businesses. There are two basic self-directed programs, one for business acquisition, and one for assets like precious metals.
Ron spent a ton of time initially to educate me on the structural parameters of the program and the processes involved in transferring assets into this program. The IRS regulations are many, and it’s important to navigate the regulations properly. Ron made the process manageable and comfortable, in fact I specifically recall thanking him many times for all the one-on-one time he dedicated to me. Ron is a modest, well-intentioned professional who has a fundamental appreciation for what defines great customer service. It is clear to me after almost two years, Ron, his colleagues and affiliates are professional and accomplished at providing a quality customer experience at every level.

Since 2022, Ron ** has been my go-to guy for all things precious metal. If I call, he answers. If he doesn’t answer, I immediately receive a text stating that he’s on another call and will connect with me at his earliest convenience, which is usually within the hour. He is personable and takes the time to educate me, sending me links with encouragement to do my own research. If he is as intentional with other clients as he is with me, I don’t know when he has time to sleep. He’s always on go-mode, but I never feel like I’m just a “sale” or just a “number” or just one phone call in a long queue. I feel like a priority and a partner. I opened a Gold IRA with Patriot Gold Group in 2024. My Sales Representative was Andy **. I was transferring money from another IRA to the Patriot Gold Group. It was very easy to do this. I chose to buy silver and gold coins rather than just the plain silver and gold bullion. If you do this, do not be surprised when the dollar amount in your new gold account is lower than the amount of money you put in, because your account value is based on the melt price of gold and silver and the coins are worth more. I just had to take my first required minimum distribution and all I had to do was contact Equity Trust and find out the amount that the government required me to take out, and then give that amount to Andy, and he filled out all the paperwork that same day and e-mailed it to me for my signature. I have been very pleased with every contact that I have had with Patriot Gold Group and would highly recommend them.
