I highly recommend Pacific Debt Relief. They are true experts in their field and deliver exceptional service. From my very first online inquiry, their team was incredibly fast, pulling my information and suggesting a customized repayment plan within minutes. What stood out most initially was their empathy. I called in feeling incredibly embarrassed and apologetic about my financial situation, but the staff was exceptionally kind. They never shamed me; instead, they made me feel supported and ensured I never felt pressured to commit to more than I could actually afford. They worked closely with me to make sure the monthly payments fit comfortably within my budget.
While they are compassionate with their clients, they are incredibly tough on creditors. When one of my credit card companies filed a lawsuit against me without notice, Pacific Debt stepped in immediately. They took swift, right steps to establish that they had authorization to speak on my behalf, successfully got the lawsuit dismissed, and then negotiated a settlement for me. I am currently one-third of the way through getting all of my credit cards paid off, and I couldn't be more grateful for their support.

I have now been sued twice while enrolled with Pacific Relief. Do not use this company. They make they get their money before settling any of your accounts. Total scam.
We appreciate you working with our Director of Client Experience and allowing her to review what we covered in calls, in our agreement and welcome package, regarding the program and our fee collection. We understand having your accounts sent to law firms is stressful and wish we could always prevent this, as it results in higher settlements. I was told that all credit cards would be paid off by June 2026. Now I'm being told to call back in July but they probably won't be paid off until December. Another 6 months is killing me financially.

Worst decision was to go with Pacific Debt.. They pay themselves the portion they saved you on settlement.. Outrageous prices for a senior on fixed income that has been thru hardship for last 5 years.. I feel taken advantage of..

Like many people, I found myself in way over my head in debt. I survived a tragedy that plunged me into debt, and I didn't know what to do. I researched and reached out to several companies, and when I found Pacific Debt Relief, everything changed. It started with a great phone call with a man named Quinn and then another with a wonderful woman named Jenn. Being overwhelmed can make everything seem so difficult and often hopeless. Quinn and Jenn explained the entire process to me with patience, complete transparency, and the assurance I so desperately needed that everything would be ok.
Jenn, especially, was incredibly generous with not only her time, but with her own experiences. She knew what I was going through. She patiently answered every question, even the ones my nervous self repeated, and she told me step by step what to expect. That is supremely important because Pacific Debt is truly a team, and you will have contact with several people. They are all on the same page; they are all on your side.
I started this program only a couple of months ago, and the peace of mind it has given cannot be bought. Now, when I get letters or calls from my creditors, I know what to do, and I know it's being taken care of. It frees me to focus on rebuilding my life. This is by far the best decision I have made in about 10 years. Debt, as common as it is, is a very personal thing. Jenn made sure that helping me was equally personal. It is going to be a process. No one tries to pretend that it isn't. But now I know that it is manageable, doable, and I have the best people on the west coast helping me through it.
I am so grateful to Jenn, Quinn, and everyone on the team. They have shown me nothing but respect, kindness, and complete competence. Their experience and expertise are evident. They know what they are doing, plain and simple. Making that first call is hard, but I promise by the time you hang up the phone, you will be breathing again and your future will finally look brighter. Give them a try for your own sake. You owe it to yourself to get another chance. The result will be better than what you had hoped. It was for me. Your debt won't magically disappear. As I said, it's a process. Your burden, stress, and sleepless nights, however? Those will magically disappear. I am forever grateful to Pacific Debt.

I had looked into this "A+ BBB" rated company and it all looked great. I started the program and I did EVERYTHING they asked of me. From reporting monthly statements, all the way to reporting collections letters from the creditors. My issue with this company came months later. At the end of the program, my DISC. Personal Loan was settled at 27k. Pacific Debt Relief pressured me into getting loan to now pay off my debts. Wait, What?! By me not paying my credit cards and personal loan, my credit was shot!!! The best interest rate that I could conjure from the bank was 25.29%! I had no idea that I would HAVE to get a loan at the end of this. My account manager told me "Yes, this is how you get out of the program". These words ring in my head to this very day!!
So here I am, August 2025, with a 33k loan at 25.29% interest and practically in the same boat that I was in, if not worse?! I am on the verge of filing bankruptcy. I was once treading water and slowly sinking looking for rescue and I thought PDR was my savior. They were not! Please, do your research. Ask these companies difficult questions! Most of all, ask them if you are REQUIRED to get a loan at the end of the program? Ask them will they be a stand up debt relief program that you pay your monthly payment to WITH 0% INTEREST?? (That is what is supposed to happen at the end of the program btw).
Ask for transparency. Yes, PDR negotiated my debts... Yes, They offer legal backing if I was taken to court... But it was at the end that I fell victim. I'ts your credit and finances at stake. Don't let this company put you in the same situation that they put me. Ask other companies. Shop around. Find the right one. Good luck to you all.

My conversation with Mr. ** today was helpful. He was very pleasant and updated me on the next step of the process going forward. It put my mind at ease to know more negotiations will occur soon. I'll admit; this whole process from the beginning has had my anxiety on high alert, but everyone I've spoken to at Pacific Debt Relief has been very courteous and informed, which was very reassuring to me. I've prayed over this from the beginning. I feel bad that I had to take this route with my debtors, but I do not think I could've found a better company to help me through this process. Pacific Debt Relief helped me change my life and take back control. I have completed the program while rebuilding my credit along the way, and now I’m debt free WITH a good credit score! Hi, Let me begin by saying that Pacific Debt Relief is one of the most amazing companies that I have ever dealt with. Financial hardship due to chronic illness or any other unfortunate occurrences is devastating. My entire experience with PDR has been incredible. The representatives are empathic, kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, efficient, etc. I can go on and on. This company is a welcome source of refreshment. I am so incredibly grateful for them. I would recommend them to anyone who is facing horrendous or even minimal debt. Their great and definitely provide that light at the end of the dark tunnel that debt can bring!!
