    I have been using One Main Financial loan for the second time and had a very pleasant experience with Mr. ** who was very professional and kind. He was able to show me the whole process and completed all the requirements for me in a very quick and professional manner. I would definitely recommend their service to my friends and family.

    Feb 11, 2026 got approved for a Credit Card, it took 3x of mailing me a card before I received one, once I received it, I was unable to register it on the BrightWay application, no pin number ever recived, numerous phone call, emails, I finally gave them a date 18 May, if I was not able to use my card, register it, have a pin, I would cancel the card. Well it didnt happen, there a glitch in the system, wait another 72 hours, 5 emails later, I was done, 22 May 2026, I received a call from the Executive Customer Care office, they agreed to refund my money via a check for all payments made on a card I was unable to use. Very disappointed with the company. I will be satisfied when I receive the check, I wish I would have read the reviews more.

    My husband got a personal loan using my car as collateral, they said that I signed the documents giving him consent. I finally received the copy of the document three years later. It's not my signature. They have charged my husband over $9171.63 in interest alone, and $3,317.23 that has been applied to the principal of a $12,294.84 loan. I have been insulted, degraded, and treated like a child every time I speak to the Manager of the One Main Financial office in Georgetown, Texas. They are charging my husband for hidden insurance fees that he and I both have ask for that to be removed and refunded the money. They Refuse to do so, they are very unprofessional and over charging my husband. All I want is my car title back, I have paid for the car.

    I was approved for a loan. Turned it down, worse experience I have ever had. No call backs, waiting on phone sometimes 20 min or longer. I have never had a worse experience with any lending institution. I got approved & I turned it down.

    These are predatory lenders. Interest rate is sky high and will hound you to death if you are one day late. STEER CLEAR.

    When I borrowed the first time, all was good. But they added charges that was unwanted. Then I had to borrow again and when asked about those unwanted charges I was told they didn't exist anymore and there was no refund for charges not used. So out of that I lost about $3,000 for those UNWANTED CHARGES. What does this sound like?

    Very bad customer service and service online is even bad. Before asking soft credit to pull they without asking do hard credit check up and not approve the loan as being said that with the vehicle collateral will be approved and at last, we have to call to find out and the customer service says not approved. What kind of loan is this? Company doesn't explain anything online. This one looks very fake to me. This company shouldn't be. I think looks scam.
