Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) personally receive an invitation to participate in the Jan 2026 $6 for 6 Sunlux Offer (ii) sign a new Monthly Power Purchase Agreement or Lease Customer Agreement with Sunlux in the State of California during the Promotional Period, and (iii) receive Approval to that Power Purchase Agreement/Lease Customer Agreement by the lease provider no later than Jan 31, 2026.
