Customer Service Coverage Sales & Marketing Price Online & App Billing Ease of Use

I was very excited to have a pet, and since Puppy Source offered Fetch Pet Insurance, I read up on what they said and set everything up online. It was a simple task to do. If I have to file a claim, I use the app on my phone, and it’s just a fingertip away. It’s very easy to use. I just screenshot the bill and upload it, answer maybe three questions at most, and that’s it. They usually get back within 24 hours, letting me know it’s been processed or completed, so it doesn’t take long, which is a big plus. But when it came down to my pet’s visit to the clinic, Fetch covered some but not all, and there is a deductible that has to be met according to the plan. My pet is a Maltipoo with allergies, and Fetch doesn’t cover shots for allergies.

If I had read more information about Fetch before joining for a year, I would have done more comparison with other pet insurance companies. I’ve seen other pet insurance with lower deductibles and even plans around $9.99 with better coverage for the first year. I’m not going to knock Fetch down on that, but I would look for companies that cover routine shots and offer a cheaper deductible.

We adopted our dog from North Shore Animal League. They gave us two names of insurance companies that they use, and they said the best one they always use is Fetch. They explained everything and how much it would help with certain things, especially when he was a puppy. Even now that he's a year older, Fetch helps. They have been amazing. They've reimbursed me every time and answered any questions I had. They're right on top of it. When I call, they have very good customer service. Enrolling with them was very simple too. They were very nice and they walked us through it. It was the easiest thing I ever had to do when it came to insurance. Their app is phenomenal as well. You go on that app for anything you need, and you if can't find it there, you call the number they give you and you get your answer way before the end of the day.

I am one of the most satisfied customers with Fetch Insurance. My experience with them have been top-notch. The smartest thing to do is have Fetch insurance. I have asked other people what they have, and when I tell them how fast we get reimbursed or the deals or incentives Fetch emails us, they complain about their insurance company. A lot of other companies aren't as good. They said it takes them forever and they don't reimburse them for almost anything half the time.

I hadn't had a dog in 30 years, then I got blessed with our boy, Simba. I hear all these horror stories about dogs getting injured and paying $5,000, $6,000 for surgery. I don't have that kind of money if anything ever happened so I shopped around and I kept coming back that Fetch was the best of them. Enrolling with Fetch was real easy. I'm not really computer savvy and I usually have to have my 12 year old niece with me to help me through things, but I did it all on my own. I was so proud.

Communicating with Fetch has been very easy as well. A few months ago, my financial situation changed, and I had to lower my coverage. I called them, and there was no pressure. They changed it for me, and I was good to go. I already have told friends about Fetch. I told them for the amount of coverage they get compared to the dollar value, it is way better than the other ones that I was researching. I was looking into Pumpkin but and it didn't cover 40% of the stuff that's covered through Fetch.

We got a puppy August of last year. We didn't even think about pet insurance, but in talking with my neighbors who got puppies also, they all have Fetch. One of them did the research of all the pet insurances because they had a major issue with their dog that they had to take care of. It was a surgery. He said he submitted the claim, and there were no questions. Fetch paid it. We looked into Fetch and signed up as well.

Fetch gives you all kinds of other information about your dog, its breed, and things to look out for in that breed. They also have a virtual vet that you can ask questions to, and they will respond. I asked a question about our dog liking to eat grass and they said that’s common. They said that if your dog is not throwing up or has diarrhea, they eat grass for that reason. Some do it because they like grass. Some do it because it has nutrients in it that they may be missing. But they also tell you the things to watch out for if it's a negative thing. They also give you information about training and different things that you can do with your dog, like how you can give them treats, or if you want to give them something other than dog food. They tell you things that are okay to feed your dog.

So far, so good. When we had our first visit with our vet with our pet's well care, they said Fetch is a good one. We've had two claims since, and they paid them. He had an eye issue and an intestinal issue that he needed medications for. Fetch paid them both. We paid out of pocket first and we had 90 days to submit our claim. I then submitted the claim which was really easy because you do everything online. Then I had it set up that my reimbursement would go back to my bank account. I got an $80 and a $100 reimbursement.

Fetch doesn't cover the full cost, but it's better than having to pay completely. They've handled our claims well within 30 days. I didn't even realize it until I was checking my bank account that I had two deposits from Fetch. I would tell others to check them out. You can check them out before you sign up for the insurance ‘cause a lot of their stuff is on the website to let you know what they do, what it's about and what they offer.

I got a pet, and I never had a pet before. My friend told me about her insurance which was Fetch, that it was really good and affordable. I looked up the reviews online, and I liked it. The first week that I had my pet, I had to pay out-of-pocket for his checkup, vaccines, and a lot of exams that he had to make sure that he was a healthy puppy. They also told me that he needed a second round of vaccines in a couple of months. Paying out-of-pocket was gonna be a lot and painful every time I come or if he gets sick. I thought I'd rather pay the insurance so I don't pay 100% out of pocket.

Signing up with Fetch was so easy. I did the questionnaire online and it took me about 10 minutes. They asked for medical records that I had to collect for on my pet. It was not at the enrollment time, but eventually, I had to add them up so the enrollment was easy. I am so thankful that I got Fetch because a couple months later, when my pet had an injury, he had a surgery. That surgery was very expensive, so if I would have not had insurance, I would have had to pay 4,000 out-of-pocket. Part of my policy is preventative care as well. I was so happy that my friend told me about Fetch and that I went to go get it. I understand that sometimes my claims get denied. I understand the policies that they have and it has been positive so far. They are fast responders, so I have liked the service, and I will continue to renew for next year. I recommended my sister to get Fetch as well.

I saw Fetch Pet Insurance online. At the time, it was the most decent insurance that was available that I could afford. I've been a policyholder for six years. Enrolling was easy. It was very to the point. It wasn't too intrusive, but it was easy to fill out, and it didn’t take a lot of time. There are a of couple plans out there that are better, but I'm gonna stay where I am.

I’ve had coverage since 2019 and my dog was a puppy. Just shopped around recently and found comparable coverage for 1/2 the price. Upon calling they NOW want to offer me a discount??? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.. They are charging me to cancel my policy. My fault for not remembering the small print from back in 2019.

We had Pet Plan for years and were very happy with their service. We liked them so much, we took out policies for our 6 other animals and recommended the company to all of our family and friends. Then Petplan was bought by someone else and turned in Fetch Pet Insurance. The deductibles went from per pet to per condition. This means that you can expect sometimes thousands of dollars in deductibles in a matter of months, which is what happened to us. The reimbursement rates plummeted from 90% reimbursement to 70%. We weren't even given the option to pay more for the policy we had. The ability to take out a 90% reimbursement rate disappeared. The monthly cost increased of each policy increased. All in all, there is just not even any benefit to having this insurance.

I am honestly surprised they are allowed to call themselves pet insurance. Their priority went from providing health insurance for pets to becoming an online rewards company. They honestly have no interest in providing care for pets and I expect the insurance to be phased out at any time. I have read tons of nightmare stories online about people who had their pet's policies canceled with no warning when their pets became old and sick. You are given no recourse other than to cancel the plan yourself, and by that time your pets are old and sick and cannot be insured with other companies due to pre-existing conditions. I would be extremely wary of doing any sort of business with this dishonest company. It's less insurance and more just a scam. Buyer beware.

Years ago, I made a decision and went with a pet insurance company that's now Fetch, and I got what I wanted. I've never had any problems. I'm ancient, so computers and I don't get along so well, but it's easy to get in their website and get my information. There's also always somebody to talk to or text, however one would wish. I'm so thrilled with the service. We had an experience where my dog needed a surgery. The total charge was $10,000, and they paid $9,000. I recommend this insurance to my neighbors. I walk my golden retriever, so everybody loves him and I get to talk to them. “Hey, do you have pet insurance on yours? You ought to do it. They take care of you.” I tell my neighbors to consider it and I tell them who Fetch is. They give me value for the money and it’s comfortable, so I like it.

I would use Fetch for anyone with a pet. If your pet has an injury or something that requires expensive veterinary care, it's very important. I purchased the policy, and the company that I purchased a policy with got sold to Fetch. They've done everything they said they would. I had a dog that needed surgery for a torn ACL or tendon, and they covered the 80% of what the policy said would be covered.
