I have been a Herbalife member for 9 years. My orders are typically between $225 - $300+. I received my recent order and a Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint was missing from my order. I notified customer service of my missing Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint. Customer Service asked if my delivery box had been damaged. I told them it had not. Customer Service asked me to call back after 5pm to verify with the Warehouse that it had been shipped. I called back after 5pm and spoke with Customer Service. They informed me that the Warehouse verified the Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint had been shipped. I told the Customer Service agent that I received all of my products except for the Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint.

The agent apologized, but said since the Warehouse confirmed the shipment that no replacement would be sent and I would not be credited for my missing Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint. This is probably the worst customer service I have received. I also notified my local rep and crickets. No response from representative either. I will cancel my membership and find another nutritional supplier. Buyer beware: if you are missing a shipment and the warehouse says that they shipped your supplies you will have no recourse.

I am a new client, and the products work well; however, the cosmetology service was lacking. I had an order sent by FedEx. It was shown as delivered, and FedEx had a picture. Someone stole the product and reported it to Herbalife. They asked for a police report to reimburse the product that was stolen. My advice BUY it through Amaze, so if it is stolen, it will be replaced.

    To be perfectly honest, their product helped me get from 198 pounds down to 120. I was definitely lacking proper nutrition, but it was accomplished. My issue is their computer programmer is so pitiful. Mind you my dad is a computer programmer who speaks over 13 languages. This app for an independent member or to be a distributor is the most saddest computer programmer I have ever seen ever like the directions and guidelines for it to be even completed. If I was just reading the directions is in accurate information then when I call the person doesn’t even know how to express how to accomplish it to be Successful. And then you need a sponsor in all these unnecessary things for you just to distribute their product. Makes it difficult, strenuous, insufficient, and dumb. Maybe if you got a new computer programmer you wouldn’t be getting sued.

    It's very expensive. Each drink costs $9-$13 and I have receipts from the shop showing this. They charged me $9-$13 per drink. The product caused me to have debt, and I would advise buying products that are cheaper.

    My experience with the DETOX products I was offered to buy, was awful. I was brought up by believing the coach that the products were sugar-free. When I got home, I started the 7-day detox program, but the whole mix drink tasted pretty sugary. I researched the ingredients of all 4 packages and guess what? Those teas, aloe Vera, collagen and energy packages contain sucralose, corn syrup, stevia tea leaf, maltodextrin, mango and fruit concentrates that they do not tell you about. I told the coach about it and she said that those ingredients come in little amounts. To make the story short, I consume 2 packages and I ended up with an UTI, which I believe I got not only due to the ingredients alone, but also my lately bad feeding habits. Sugar alone can give you a bad UTI or at least candidiasis.

    This company will steal you blind! Do some research before you get taken by this business and its so called staff members. My experience with Herbalife in McMinnville, Tennessee has been about spending money my money and never making it back. I could spend all day telling you about this company but the fastest way is research. Please do not become a victim of their lies and deceit.

    I don't want a Herbalife membership because the product I reviewed and read that it has side effects of the lever and some other health issues. So I called up to ask for return of my membership money back but they refused and said it's more than three months. I refer another company Amway that gives money back even though it's been 6 months so that is the reputation of the company. I have not bought any product up till now and looks like my money is drained.

    I got signed up as a preferred member which my distributer/coach me the wrong information. I wanted change my coach after signing up on the same day due to his unprofessional behavior, getting personal and being flirtish on the phone (Ricardo **). I called Herbalife and filed complaint against him and asked to change my coach to avoid any communication with him and explained them the situation, after talking to multiple people they gave me two options which is to work with him or cancel my membership.

    I mentioned, "As a customer I am not comfortable to talk to your employee and I want to continue with the membership." They were not able to help which was very disturbing. They asked me to file police complaint and mentioned, "He will be still your coach for next 6 months." I have never seen anywhere in my life where employees are unprofessional and organization can’t help the customer. Once you are signed up as preferred member, you are stuck with the same coach for 6 months. He can do anything to you, make you uncomfortable and being flirtish with you, call you anytime. If you have to use the products you have to bear this emotional stress/harassment. That's their policy.

    It's wonderful products overall and it's overall 93 countries. Daily 8.3 million shake is being consumed. Many life transformations have happened. The excellent build community. Positive mindset. For those who have given bad and 1-star reviews - "Bees don't explain they are better than flies ." All the best to haters. They always gonna hate.

    I just want to give a trial to lose weight, after using this product I got health issues like constipation, chest pain, right abdominal pain. After using 20 days I stopped to use this product. Note: the person who tells you about this expects a profit if you buy the product. For this product health is a business, the associates say couple of stories to make you join. One thing keep in mind, your health is in your hands and your way of living. Lot of people giving free tips how to make a healthy life. And 30 day money back guarantee is there - this is a bogus. They ask you to send the products used in a resalable condition. 1 star is also waste for this product.
