Burning inside after two or three, no return or exchange.

We purchased our LG electric dryer from Lowe’s. My clothes ALWAYS come out very wrinkled. I will never purchase this model/brand again. We purchased as a pair and the washer works fine. I will never purchase another LG appliance again.😡

Purchase an LG washer and dryer pair from Lowe’s. Within one month, Water was coming out from underneath the washer and a tech was set to repair it. Two months later, or three months after purchase the dryer went out. It went out again at the 11 month point (motor) and since I bought it with a specific credit card, I got an extra year of warranty included. In that next year, nine service visits, correct, that was nine service visits took place to repair all the failures. We were done and went back to Lowe’s who worked with us with a large discount to purchase another LG dryer for they told us this was an anomaly and LG was a good dryer brand. Now, we’ve had the dryer a year and it’s down again.

LG washer/dryer combo. Purchased this in 2024. I was told towel and sheets would take long dry time but for the compact of condo living I opted for this and being one person I felt it would be ok. Towels meaning 1 bath, few hand towels and washcloth takes without exaggeration almost 7 hours to dry. And then I put in three workout shirts and one pair of pajamas and they were dried and it kept updating the time. I’ve had more troubles with this I’ve had within the Warranty problems and now I’ve had Best Buy come out with the extended warranty. This will be my third time this week. The other thing with dishwasher and dryer is that you cannot get to clean out the entire trap without taking the whole thing apart which means you have to pay somebody to come and do that. So I hope it’s helpful for someone else. I would not recommend this item.

Let's just say I would not recommend or purchase these LG products Washer WT8405CW and Dryer DLE8400WE. Assuming a man designed these that does not do laundry on a regular basis. The biggest issue is preset settings that are not functional. If you are looking for Washer/Dryer set that you can manually adjust to your preferred setting these are not the units you want. There is no flexibility on water level. It's either preset with minimal water that in some cases does not even cover your clothes or Deep Wash which is an excessive amount of water that is not always necessary for medium loads.

Just bought a dryer a couple days ago from Home Depot. It's an LG gas dryer, took about 2 1/2 - three hours to dry a load of laundry, called within the 48-hour window, wanted to refund so we can purchase a different one from Home Depot. They said they would not exchange it out or would they consider a refund? This is the worst appliance company I've ever dealt with. They are absolutely terrible. We filed a complaint with the near state Attorney General's office as well as the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy, or customer service skills are terrible! I will be sharing my poor experience on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. If you look at the other people's reviews, they all fall in line. This company is terrible! I would give it negative stars if it would allow me to!!

I have LG dryer model DLEX4000B and I just want everyone to know that it sucks. To dry my bed sheets I have to turn it on at least 4 times constantly having to mess with the setting because it just pretends to be done when the stuff inside are still very wet. It does not dry jeans either. I should have kept my dryer from 2005 because it wired better than this one ever will.

So disappointed with the LG dryer we purchased several months ago. We’ve tried to get LG to come and look at it to no avail. They keep saying it’s plugged in the vent outside. It isn’t. We had Stanley Steemer come out and clean out the vent. A couple of months later, our HOA had all the vents cleaned out. The dryer will work for a month and then starts giving a signal indicating the flow vent is clogged. We are tired of not being listened to by LG and their unwillingness to do anything about it. We are heading back to RC Willey to purchase a new dryer, one that is not LG. And are very excited to have RC Willey haul off this piece of junk and do with it what they will as long as we don’t have to keep dealing with it.

We bought an LG gas dryer and it is the worst ever! I have read the book several times, using different settings and my laundry is never dry when the bell sounds. A real pain to deal with damp clothes. Would never recommend this product.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent us a lemon--circuit board didn't work, so they replaced it. Still didn't work. They suggested the WE check our electric. We did--no problem. We asked that they replace it, and they said they needed to have it serviced THREE TIMES before they would consider that, and then never sent another person out. We have called, texted, live chatted...and nothing. We have been without a dryer for FIVE WEEKS. If you choose them, you are rolling the dice.
