I received a letter in the mail and it was telling me that RefiJet could refinance my truck. I decided to apply with them and the process was pretty easy. Their rep walked me through it and he explained everything. He was also really helpful, but it was kind of hard to get ahold of him. I had to go through a couple of loops to get talk to him when I had a question. The whole process took a month to complete.

I've done refinancing before, and the company that I used in the past wasn't really there. So I had no choice but to check another company. Based on the reviews and my credit, I just shot for the stars and put my credit through, and it got approved. So I went with RefiJet. The communication was good between me and my person, Arlo. Any questions I had, they were pretty much on top of it. I had no issues uploading my documents to the portal. Everything was pretty smooth about the whole process. I initiated the process on December 15th. It took a while for confirmation of the check, getting through the previous lien company. The whole process took about 21 days. But it was pretty straightforward. I'm definitely planning on using RefiJet again.

Hughes, credit Union paid Refijet for the car I refinanced. Refijet, however, failed to pay off the original loan. Causing me to have to pay another payment to the original financial company. I was assured this wouldn't happen. And customer service is a joke with refi. Totally not happy with the events.

I had a really high finance on my car and when I saw an advertisement for RefiJet, I reached out to them. In fact, my wife and I both reached out to them, and they were really good. We refinanced and the process took quite a while, mainly because of my ignorance of the internet. If I was a little younger and had more experience with the internet, the process would have just been great. Sometimes I wasn't home and my wife would have to do some of it on her part, then when it came to me, they called me and I didn't know what I was doing. That was the only problem and the reps put up with my ignorance. They understood and they were great about it. They were easy to work with. They got my loan from 19% interest down to 11% interest. They saved me about $175 a month. So, I'm really pleased.

If you aren't happy with your current auto loan, you should sign into RefiJet. They sent me something in the mail. The process was smooth. Everybody was helpful and tried their best to get my prices down to what I wanted. It was an amazing experience.

My experience was great with RefiJet. I heard about them through a third party, and when I did the application, the process was good. I enjoyed it. It was quick and simple. Dealing with the rep went exceptionally well.

RefiJet sent me a letter saying that they could refinance my vehicle. So, I gave them a call and saw what they were willing to offer. The refinancing process was pretty simple. I just talked to them and told them how much I was paying and what my rate was. I got the contract from my dealership, where I had bought the vehicle, because I was missing some sheets, and I sent it over to RefiJet. They told me that if these payment plans would work for me, and we would make that agreement and see what kind of gap insurances and warranties they provided. That was how we made the agreement. The whole process took about three days.

RefiJet was wonderful, very timely, and we had a lot of communications. If I had any questions, they called me. So, I'm very pleased with RefiJet, and I would recommend it to anybody who was looking to do the same thing as I did. I was looking online for assistance, and it was there. So, I made the call, and everything got rolling from there. They sounded very professional, and I like the way that everybody conducts themselves.

I had been reading a lot about RefiJet as I wanted to refinance my auto. On 12/6/25 I called and began the process with Mr. Luke **. He was kind, considerate, and explained everything in detail - until he wasn't. On 12/15/25 my loan was approved, all the online documents signed with both my current lender and the new lender. Finally, on 12/31/25 I sent Mr. ** a text asking why my loan hadn't been funded yet. Mr. ** answered on 1/5/26 saying not to make the payments (December & January) and the loan would be paid before my grace period was up and I would get the payments back. Did he even remember me or our conversations? I put in a call to the Loan Processor, Nelly, to see if she could tell me why my loan hadn't been funded. I never received a text or call back from Nelly. My loan was not processed until 1/13/26!

I reached out to RefiJet, hoping to simply lower my car payment on my existing auto loan. My credit is good (well above average), and I just wanted a straightforward refinance with a better rate. Instead, the rep (some pushy guy) spent the whole call trying to upsell me on every add-on under the sun—gap insurance, extended warranties, you name it—like I was buying a used car off the lot.

Because of RefiJet’s inaction, my plates expired and I’ve been unable to legally drive my car for weeks. I started a lease buyout with them in late September 2025 and paid extra for them to handle the title and Virginia registration. They requested the title from my leaseholder on October 14, it was released on October 16, and then they sat on it until November 11 — when they finally sent it to Virginia only after I chased them for missing loan documents. Since then, every person I’ve spoken with has been defensive and unhelpful, repeating “the process takes a long time” instead of admitting they caused the delay. As of December 15, my registration is expired, my plates are unusable, and RefiJet somehow had my new plates sent to their address, so I’m still waiting for them just to mail me what I need to drive. If you value your time, your sanity, or your ability to use your own car, steer clear of RefiJet.

During the initial phase of the application, I was told a 4.99% APR rate to refinance my auto loan. Then I was told 5.24% APR plus a $200 gift card due to an incorrect quote. Paperwork came in at 6.25% APR including a $495 fee charged that was never disclosed. I canceled the application.

I received the worst customer service from **. He originally told me that I’d receive a refund check in the amount of 4k plus. After about a month, I hadn’t received any payment so I called ** but never received a response (3 calls and a few texts). I called the main number and spoke with Chris (amazing customer service). Chris did all he could to help, but ultimately said that Winthrop would need to call me to resolve. When Winthrop called, he was immediately short, irritated, and rude. He blamed me for his miscommunication and said that my refund would be a couple of hundred, not 4k. He then proceeded to talk over me, raise his voice and then hung up on me. I called the main number back to provide the horrific treatment by Winthrop. I reached a very late end representative (I’ve forgotten her name, but she was awesome). Currently waiting to hear back…..

I recently refinanced my car loan and they added 4k with no explanation and I’m a disabled widow on a very fixed income. I don’t know what to do to get my money back and the salesman tried to tell me the overage was returnable by doing something with the previous warranty which is ridiculous and he’s ghosting me now. I honestly don’t know what to do.

I am changing this review to 1 star because they did not pay the full amount to Honda. RefiJet held back $978 instead of paying to Honda and is planning to refund the $978. This means that I have to pay Honda $980.60 instead of just $2 as a last payment and I have to pay interest to pay Consumers Credit Union for the $978 that is currently in Limbo (it is neither with me nor has been paid back to Consumers Credit).

Applying for a loan with Refijet was such a relief. I can breathe a little bit. The process wasn’t hard. It took a couple of days from application to approval. The hardest part for me was signing that payment deal. But I’d still tell friends to give them a call and use them.

My bank recommended RefiJet so they were the first ones I reached out to. They had a good offer, the rate was better than the market, and I was okay with that. The process was straightforward and the loan consultant I worked with was very thorough and excellent. I had a great experience with RefiJet.

RefiJet did very good. I called them up to ask about a refi and they were friendly, did everything in a timely manner, and they worked conveniently around my schedule when I needed to talk to them. Uploading the documents needed was very easy, and the consultants kept me updated on what the next steps were, so it was a great experience.

RefiJet was the first one that came up with good reviews when I was learning about refis. I was able to go in, click the link, and immediately apply. And within the next day, I received a notification and a call from my representative. He was informative and got me convinced. I did my application on a Friday and we had to wait until Monday. But even then, they were responsive. It was simple and RefiJet offered a competitive rate. I was impressed with the communication. It was very helpful that whenever I had a question, they were always there to clarify and go over exactly how everything worked. I had a great experience and people should seek out a quote from RefiJet.

Their customer service is excellent. I'd never done this before so I thought it was difficult. But with their help, it makes it a lot easier. They were very nice, understandable and patient Maybe it's too much asking for it, but they didn't offer me a choice for the language. But they helped me a lot. I really appreciate it. The whole team is amazing. Thank you RefiJet.
