APMEX is the ONLY bullion dealer that I buy from or recommend to others. Everything is always exactly as described or better. Prices are near or at spot and the coins haven't been searched for rarities except if sold as such. I buy only circulated pre-1965 silver coins. On the one occasion when I needed help putting together an unusual order, the phone rep was knowledgeable and went out of his way to save me money.

Good. They delivered on time and notified me that the package was delivered. I don't remember if a photo was taken or not. But I will suggest providing pictures of the delivered items.

Company charges for canceled orders without exception kana tin or option to keep the order. Will never use again.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM APMEX! They claim to guarantee secure shipping, but when my order wasn't delivered, they refused to do ANYTHING. No refund or replacement. I'm not sure it ever even shipped since I received NO DELIVERY ALERT and the tracking info they did send changed drastically as if there had been a mix-up. They essentially stole $1100+ from me. So much for my savings!! I contacted them and did everything requested to file a claim, then they denied it anyway and stopped responding to my messages and requests for more information regarding their investigation. The rep I spoke with over the phone wouldn't provide a last name or the name of the insurance company who supposedly denied my claim. Then he was INCREDIBLY rude and dismissive. They can take your money and there is no accountability!!

I placed an order for in-stock items that never shipped. This was debited directly from my bank account, not a credit card. It has been over two months and have not received a refund, Truly disgraceful way of doing business. A legitimate business would either ship the items or issue a full refund.

It's been over a month since I placed my order. After multiple calls to APMEX, I initiated a search for missing mail with USPS myself as APMEX would not do it as policy was to wait longer, even though it was a 2-day delivery estimate according to tracking. My issue isn't with a missing package, that happens and it's not APMEX's fault, however, I expected a better response (any response actually) from APMEX representatives. I purchased my product on April 6th and today is May 8th. I don't have my product nor money but I do have another 3 week wait period for APMEX to begin its investigation... I've purchased from APMEX for almost 10 years but this experience will affect my purchasing habits with APMEX going forward.
