I went into this expecting at least one major issue because of things I’ve heard from other people about car shipping. With Navi, it didn’t turn out that way. What stood out to me was that they didn’t try to make the process sound perfect. They explained that there’s flexibility in timing and that helped me approach it differently. When the pickup didn’t happen exactly when I first thought, I didn’t panic because I already understood how it works. Once the process actually started, it felt steady. I wasn’t getting constant updates, but I also didn’t feel left out. Delivery came through without problems and the car condition was exactly the same.

What made Navi different for me was how they explained things up front. They didn’t try to make it sound perfect, which I actually respected. They told me there’s a window, not an exact time, and that already changed how I approached it. When pickup didn’t happen immediately, I didn’t panic because I understood the system. Once it actually started, the rest felt steady. I wasn’t getting constant updates, but I also wasn’t left confused. The driver handled everything professionally and didn’t rush the inspection. Delivery came without issues, and the car condition matched exactly.

    This was my second time shipping a car but my first time using Navi. The previous company I used had poor communication, so I was paying attention to that this time. Navi wasn’t overly talkative, but they communicated at the points that actually mattered. I got confirmation, then a heads up before pickup, and another before delivery. I didn’t feel like I was left guessing. One thing I appreciated was that they didn’t overpromise exact timing, which made delays less frustrating when they happened. The driver handled things professionally and didn’t rush through the inspection. When the car arrived, I checked everything carefully and it matched the original condition.

    Originally given me a price that someone promised me it is a locked price, after a few days, someone called me that the price is too low and this is AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. I agreed to pay more so I can get my car. My car was picked up on 6/4/2026... as I write this 6/16/2026, my car is not delivered yet. It is supposed to be delivered 6/14/2026. The 3rd company NAVI dealt with is not picking up, nor the driver phone is active. GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY and AVOID this NAVI AUTO TRANSPORT AT ALL COST. UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!!!!!

    The service was alright for me. Not some amazing luxury experience, but definitely not terrible either. My biggest issue was around pickup timing because I had to keep changing my plans while waiting. Once the car was finally picked up though, everything else felt straightforward. Delivery happened normally and there were no issues with the vehicle.

    Not a bad experience overall, but I do think they could improve communication during waiting periods. There were moments where I wanted a clearer idea of timing instead of broad estimates. Aside from that, the service itself worked fine. The booking process was simple, the driver was respectful, and the car arrived safely without damage.

    Honestly, the experience was average in the beginning and much better toward the end. Pickup day was stressful because timing kept moving around slightly, but once the driver actually arrived, things went pretty smoothly after that. Delivery happened without issues and the vehicle condition was exactly how I left it. I’d still use them again, just with more patience next time.
