HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called to ask a question and they do not listen, I had to continually repeat myself and then they would rephrase it and ask a different way and then ask me what I just told them, felt very manipulative to me, they are just selling a product. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!

After closing on January 31, 2026, I didn't receive the paperwork regarding my credit account. It was frustrating being told "It's in the mail" or "wait another day". After more than a month, I was contacted by Vanessa ** supposedly from headquarters. I explained I had additional questions. She sent me two large stacks of the same paperwork which was not helpful. I tried to reach her after that and she said she would call me but never did. Overall, I am left very disappointed.

I was treated with respect and any questions I had were answered. Richard ** was a delight to work with. I believe God sent me angel to work with me, and Richard was that angel. If I had any questions, he was always there for me explaining everything. No rushing through anything. I felt that I could trust Richard. He was very professional, and I felt that he had my back. From the very beginning I felt well informed. There were many obstacles that came up but Trudy ** helped me navigate through them while constantly keeping everything on track, I honestly don’t know if I would have able to follow through with everything without her help. In the end I’m extremely happy with the results.

When Mutual of Omaha first approached me regarding a Reverse Mortgage, they were very responsive during the beginning of the process. Once the appraisal, which is paid for by the applicant, was complete, they just dumped us without a word, stopped returning phone calls and we haven't heard from them since. I guess they have no problem wasting your time asking for you to jump through hoops when they return no follow-through at all.
