I couldn’t be happier with my Ella’s Bubbles Deluxe Walk-In Tub. From the moment it was installed, I could tell this was not just another bathtub, it’s a true spa experience in my own home. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the design feels both modern and elegant. What impressed me most is how safe and accessible it is without compromising comfort or luxury. The hydro and air massage features are incredibly relaxing, and the heated seat makes every bath feel indulgent. I also appreciate the peace of mind knowing I can bathe independently without any worries. The customer service was equally impressive professional, attentive, and committed to making sure everything was perfect. This tub has genuinely improved my daily routine and quality of life. I would recommend Ella’s Bubbles to anyone looking for top-of-the-line comfort, safety, and style in a walk-in tub.

After about 5 months of research, we chose Ella's Bubbles due to the diverse selection and after discovering all of their tubs are manufactured right in the United States. Nobody else seemed to give a clear answer about this. I called Ella's and they literally Facetimed me, the manufacturing facility, freaking sweet!! These guys are the most legit Walk In Tub company out there, unique tubs and models hands down. Shoutout, Taras and Oskar.

From the very first phone call, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made the process smooth and no stress. The selection of tubs was huge, with plenty of options to fit different needs and preferences. Pricing was very competitive compared to other companies, which gave me confidence in my decision.
The quality of the tub exceeded my expectations solid, beautifully designed, and clearly built to last. Every detail shows thoughtful craftsmanship with comfort and accessibility. After using it, I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home and well-being. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone considering a walk-in tub. Exceptional service, top-notch quality, and true perfect investment.

After falling and getting wedged in the footwell of my new Ella's Bubbles walk-in tub, I was lied to and ignored by Ella's Bubbles on numerous occasions. I was sold an Ella's Bubbles tub that was too large for someone 4'11", and I fell on the slippery floor and got jammed in the oversized footwell the first time I used it. I am 77 and disabled. They only recommended 2 tubs and this was a 60" tub that was the most expensive one. They knew my age, my height, my weight, my medical needs, etc. I told them I was concerned that I would not be able to reach the foot jets because of the size of the tub, but this was the recommended tub by their specialist.
When it came, I was stunned by the size, and I called the company. It was still shrink-wrapped, and they told me there would be a 25% restocking fee to return it, plus return shipping of about $400, plus shipping of about $400 on a different tub adding up to 3 shipping fees. I paid $7005 for the tub after a 10% discount on the tub only, and they had given me 24 or 48 hours to order the tub or I would not have gotten the FB discount. They would not give me the 10% discount on any other tub or a replacement tub.
I tried to reach the president of the company, but never heard back. I believe I spoke to a manager who was going to send customer photos of possible solutions, but he never got back to me. I sent him a detailed email, but I never was contacted by anyone from Ella's Bubbles. Weeks later, I called again for the president, but he was already gone. I spoke to the sales manager, who commiserated and asked me to forward the email I mentioned. He told me how concerned Ella's is and he would get my email and information to the "higher-ups" in the company. That was over 3 months ago, and neither he, nor the first guy, nor the sales person or anyone at Ella's Bubbles has ever reached out to me.
I finally used the tub for the second time, and it was another disaster. I sent another email to the sales manager and never received a response. I must admit that I am stunned by their lack of concern. Before they got my $7000, they contacted me for sure and bombarded me with bait and switch FB ads. BTW, I paid $5400 to have it installed, and the bathroom is totally torn apart because the tub has to be removed. It is way too big and unsafe for someone my size. It was totally misrepresented, and Ella's Bubbles refuses to stand behind their product.

I was able to get a hold of support this morning and it was great. I am not sure why nobody was able to contact me from the left messages or online form. But I have communication now and it was very helpful. Since this particular issue is resolved I will update the review pending installation.

Delivery of the tub was great, but the first step in the instructions tells you to level and fill the tub and wait 30 minutes to check for a leak. We did this and there was a leak on the back connection of one of the hydro jets placed where your back is. Unfortunately, none of the documents or videos Ella has explains what to do when this particular jet has an issue. Looking up the part online only results from Ella on the part and a phone number they do not answer. I left multiple messages both at the phone numbers they supplied as well as the online form. No response from anyone. It has now been 3 days. We have a leaking tub we can't do anything with and no way to get any information about the part. Been many years since I have had this bad of an experience with a seller. Maybe if you bought it from Amazon or another reseller you might be able to get support but buying directly from Ella seems to be a dead end, we have no idea what to do.

We bought a Big4Two tub from a local distributor. It took us a while (over a year!) to assemble it because we were having the bathroom remodeled and had delays. When we put it together we realized the bolt to attach the door handle was missing. We called the company we bought the tub from and they were out of business. So I called Ella's Tubs and they figured out what part we needed, sent it to us for free and video chatted with us to show us how to install the handle. Thank you thank you!

We ordered an Ella wheelchair accessible bathtub from Ella Bubbles. It came with all the bells and whistles. It’s like having a home spa at your house. The bathtub was delivered on time and the contractors were great. We needed it lowered into the floor by 2”. Everything turned out great and we love our new bathtub. The contractors were very professional and the installation went without any issues. We would definitely recommend this company and product to anyone who is thinking about buying a new walk-in bathtub.

We purchased from Ella's Bubbles and are beyond thrilled with every aspect of our experience with this company. Customer service is awesome. Daphne was very patient and knowledgeable with all our questions and requirements. As a DIYer the tub was easy to install. Our tub has heated seat and back which makes waiting for the fill up easy. Our knees and backs want to thank Ella's Bubbles for all their help and recommendations.

I bought my Ella's Bubbles XXL Transfer walk-in tub through Wayfair. My son-in-law who is a Journeyman plumber installed it. We had an awful experience with it. We tested it outside and it worked fine, but it leaked like crazy. It had three leaks in the piping underneath. We called Wayfair and they rebated me 50% of the price of the tub. My son-in-law re-siliconed the joints and told me that two of the three that he re-siliconed worked fine and one didn't. He has to scrape the silicon off and try again. Plus, he found another leak. We put in a tray underneath the tub that will pick up any leaks and take them to the sump pit. I don't know what Ella's is doing. All the reviews I've seen on Ella's were very positive, but obviously, something went wrong somewhere.
From all the comments, they talk about testing the tub and making sure that it's not leaking when it leaves the warehouse or factory. Either someone didn't test my tub or they tested it, found the leaks and thought they fixed it. I was very disappointed to have set this all up and tested it and to find even one leak, let alone three, and now a fourth one. It's a nice tub, but it certainly doesn't seem to have been put together well.

I was doing searches on two-person tubs, and then got the idea of searching for a two-person walk-in tub that would fit the space that we had. I found it on Ella's website but what also came up was who else sold them and Home Depot did. The Home Depot site didn't seem to be a good place to try to figure out certain things and ask questions. There was a spot on Ella's site where you could email to ask questions and they called me back. They gave me a very good price, essentially equal to what they referred to as the best internet price and they shipped it direct for free. I purchased the Tub4Two five weeks ago. It’s a soaking tub and it’s just a simple one but they have a door. Generally, it’s probably considered to be for senior citizens who want a deep tub where it's too high to step over to get into because it's deep, and you can really fill up the tub and soak.
The rep, Steve, was a very good guy. So, because of the price, we bought it in advance of having our remodeler scheduled to go. There was another lady that we talked to who took care of the accounting and invoicing, and she was good. Then, I ended up talking with a fellow in their warehouse because I wanted to know if they could tell me what day it would be delivered, and they were able to do that. So, it was a good experience.

My brother-in-law brought up Ella’s Bubbles and I said that I would see what they got and what was different. Pretty much everybody was close with the product and very similar but I’ve had no complaints. I made my purchase in January and it wasn’t that it took until March to get it in, but I wasn’t satisfied with the installer that Ella recommended at the time in the Chicago area. They came and put the tub in, and I loved it and it looked great. However, it wouldn't keep the water warmed up so, they changed something out. That didn’t do it. They ended up putting in dual tanks and it cost me another $1,500 on top of the tub, which I was not happy with.
At the beginning, Ella’s Bubbles’ installation team was very responsive. It was around Christmas when it happened and they got out after New Year’s. It might have been a 10-day delay only because it was the holidays which I totally understood. When they came out, they looked at my water heater and my electric panel, and then they set a date. It was two weeks out. Ella’s Bubbles’ product seems great but the installer was the issue I had.

I was researching walk-in tubs online and I ran across Ella’s Bubbles. I also spoke to my daughter’s DME place and they recommended a tub from Ella’s Bubbles. My interactions with the sales rep were great. I went to the warehouse and he helped me find exactly what I needed for my daughter who has special health care issues. Everybody seems to enjoy the tub.

We found Ella's Bubbles on the internet and nobody else made the particular tub we were looking at, which was the tub for two. For us, it was like a mini hot tub and we don't have to go outside. Although our interactions with their sale reps were fine, their technical people weren't very good at answering the questions that my husband had. Moreover, their manual was too generic. It said the tub needed a 20-amp circuit breaker, which was a little awkward to deal with. But when he looked at the tub, it only needed a 15-amp breaker. The plumber that installed it cursed it a few times. They were good to bring it up upstairs though and had four guys to do it. Plus, they cleaned everything up.
We had a little bit of trouble with random leakage and found water underneath the tub a few times. One time, it appeared to come from the seal. Then, it drained down through the door latch hole. We found that when using the jets, the water bubbles rather vigorously and gets out but it's not constant. It has a bit of a learning curve. For example, we can fill it and use the jets but if we wanna use the other one, we better not fill it up all the way. We talked to Ella's Bubbles one time, but we figured it out ourselves. We found the door latch very hard to operate to get the door pulled closed and sealed. I've mentioned our Ella's Bubbles tub to other people.

I wanted a micro bubble tub and I did my own research. I had a couple of the TV ones come to the house and bid but I threw them both out. I bought it on Amazon and it was the best price. A plumber friend and I did the installation. The tub didn’t seal well on the door and it was my fault because the frame bent a little bit. I didn’t jack it up in the center enough, so the door was binding, closing, and then pinching the gasket. Once I talked to the service tech in Chicago, he straightened it all up for me. One adjustment and it was fine ever since. As far as functions go and everything else, everything in the tub looks great. It has for a year now.

We saw Ella’s Bubbles' tub in a bath and remodeling showroom. We liked the way their product was made. We saw the lounger online and we liked that it was the size we were looking for. And we saw a few good reviews about the tub. We purchased the Walk-in Lounger. We got all the options that were available for the Lounger. We just told the reps at Ella’s Bubbles what we wanted, and then we went with their preferred installation group out of Rock Valley. They were timely and professional.

With Ella's Bubbles, I have the ability to get a 28 inch wide tub that would go through the door without having to tear the door out. We purchased a petite tub six weeks ago through Home Depot and it has everything they offered - air and water bubbles, ozone cleaner, shower, handheld shower, and headrest. There's two of us and we've been using it regularly. Each of us uses it five times a week and so far, we're very satisfied with it. It's excellent.

I've talked to a couple people about going with Ella and they've never heard of it. They mentioned other brands and I told them that I looked into American Standard, Kohler, and a bunch of others, and Ella's stood out from the rest of the pack. It was made in the USA, number one, and it had more features, including more jets and air, and I wanted to get the most bang for my buck.
I bought the Ella 36x53, heated seat, heated back, with air jets and water jets a couple of weeks ago and the rep was great. When I told him I found it on Amazon for such a price, he gave me some discount so I felt there was plenty of flexibility and energy on his end to sell this tub to me. It was a good experience and so far, I'm doing everything else to get it ready to install. The sales team was very thorough when they were selling me that tub, other than they told me that it drew 120 amps instead 120 volts. That was scary. With 120 amps, I have to put a new service into the house and I asked if they were sure and the rep said, "Yup, 120 amps." A few days ago, I asked again and the rep said no, not 120 amps, but 120 volts, so we got that all squared away. It was a learning exercise for all of us.

I liked the reviews on Ella's Bubbles. And my interactions with their reps were very good. I purchased the walk-in tub, the Ultimate. I'm still installing it. It had a small water leak. There's just a small glue joint. But I got the parts earlier. I'll fix it later.
