Scam company. They do tell you that you will be charged monthly regardless of if they send a medication or not, but they mess around with your prescription, change things, don’t communicate they need more info etc. and then charge you but don’t send the medication like they say they are going to. Basically do anything they can to not send you anything while continuing to charge you monthly.
I was on the FDA approved version of the same medication I started taking through Remedy Meds before starting Remedy meds and I can tell you I think their “compounded medication” is largely saline. They also will tell you you’ll be on a certain dose (for example 2.5mg) and when you receive your vial and instructions for the mL to inject, if you actually do the calculation what they are asking you to inject is less of a dose than discussed (i.e. 2.1mg).
I have not tried to cancel with Remedy Meds yet as I still am trying to get a dose for this month since they charged me and never sent anything, but I have read canceling is also a nightmare and they don’t just simply let you cancel. Which is scam behavior. If a subscriber wants to cancel and does so, a company should never charge them another cent after cancellation. Apparently Remedy Meds continues to bill.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience has led to this level of frustration. We take concerns regarding communication, billing, and medication fulfillment seriously. Prescription management and dosing are determined by licensed medical providers, and compounded medications are prepared according to applicable pharmacy standards and regulations. We understand, however, that delays or confusion around refill requirements and shipment timing can be upsetting. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Back in the winter of 2025, I tried Remedy Meds compounded Tirzepatide. I lasted about 4 weeks before I gave up. Persistent nausea and the 24/7 sensation of having a stomach full of bricks, regardless of whether or not I had eaten. Vomiting and constipation. In my 65 years, I had never experienced constipation, ever. I cancelled after the first vial but was told I couldn’t receive a refund for next vial because it had already shipped. Who cares about $300, right? I’m a hospice nurse and therefore make a ton of money. :-/ I assumed that Tirzepatide was not for me and this was the problem. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Saw my primary MD. Due to high cholesterol, BP, and weight, we decided I should give the real stuff a try. Started Mounjaro with 0 issues or side effects. Remedy Meds users, beware.
We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please keep in mind that each patient will react uniquely to the custom formula that we provide. Our team is happy to hear that you are now experiencing the results you hoped for nonetheless, and we wish you luck in your journey.

Remedy Meds had great customer service and reliable delivery, however I was denied a refill by the provider after the $400 fee was taken. I was told I could get a refund due to not being able to receive my product. When I requested the refund, I was told I would not be refunded my $400 even though I could not receive my product, which was out of my control. I canceled my account shortly after I found out I could not participate in the program, which was only a few days into the new month, but still denied my refund. I was also told initially, I would not be charged until I refilled my prescription each month. The last couple of months, I was charged prior to even taking the refill assessment.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear you had positive experiences with our customer service team and delivery process, but we regret that your recent experience left you dissatisfied. Medication eligibility decisions are made at the provider’s discretion, and we understand the confusion and frustration regarding the timing of charges and refund expectations. Do not buy from this company. I used them for 4 months, had to skip a month because of illness but still they took the money. When I asked to cancel my membership they said ok but I would not be getting the month I had already paid for. Everyone needs to do chargeback with their credit card companies for non receipt of product. Shameful.
Our team is sorry to hear about your experience. For clarity, once a charge has been posted we are typically unable to refund that charge due to our billing policy. The monthly charge not only covers your medication, but it also covers ongoing care from our team of clinicians, and access to our private webinar events.

I had a very disappointing experience with Remedy Meds and would not recommend them. I paid around $400 for my medication, and the package was delivered in a condition that led to it being destroyed—my dog got into it, resulting in vet bills and me being without my medication for an entire month. I provided Remedy Meds with photos of the destroyed package and everything that happened, but it made no difference.
They told me to file a claim with FedEx. I did, and FedEx denied it, stating that the shipper (Remedy Meds) is responsible for filing the claim. When I relayed this back, Remedy Meds refused to file it or take any accountability. So I’m left with no medication, no refund or replacement, and additional out-of-pocket costs. On top of that, the medication itself has been inconsistent—it seems to only work periodically depending on which pharmacy they use. Overall, very poor customer service and lack of accountability, especially for a company handling medications. I expected at least a replacement or help resolving the issue, not to be left out $400 and without treatment.
We understand how upsetting it can be if your package was delivered and later damaged by a pet. In scenarios like these we typically would not offer a refund for the order since it was delivered in tact. We can process a paid for replacement order at the patients discretion. Unfortunately, Remedy Meds submitting a claim with the shipping carrier would not resolve this mishap. We hope to reach a resolution with you on this matter to ensure your continuity of care. Thank you for your feedback.

Loved this provider at first. Switched to Remedy in September 2025 from a provider that was struggling to provide timely service. Communication was easy and I received my tirzepatide a couple days after my appointment. Product seemed very effective. Then after that first month I experienced some delays getting the refills in a timely manner. Sometimes I was missing my weekly injection due to shipping delays. Then my financial circumstances changed and I did not request a refill in January this year. I was charged the full near $400 January, February, and March, despite never using my membership or requesting any refills.
We just recently moved and things have been hectic, so it's my fault for not noticing the charges sooner sooner. But it is insane to me that the customer is charged the full fee despite not ordering or purchasing any product. Insane. Not beneficial to the customer or patient. No communication from Remedy during the period following the refill reminder in January and now. They've just quietly been charging me and offered no recourse when I called today. Standing by their no refund policy. Personally, when reading the Terms of Service, I was not able to decipher what exactly the patient is responsible for if the service goes unused. The Terms feel very opaque to me. Just a gross and disappointing experience. Would not recommend doing business with these people.

I've read through a ton of reviews on this page. First and foremost, this is a MEMBERSHIP. You have to speak with someone monthly in order for your dosage to be adjusted and shipped. If you do not cancel before the 28 days, you will be charged. It's in the fine print. Customer service and the dr's/ nurses have always been very nice and helpful.
Moving along to results, I've lost 6 lbs in just under 3 months. With that being said I do not have much weight to lose, however I do feel the food noises have not gone away. I do not want to eat like I did and do not have the urge for alcohol. I'm going to give it another month since my dosage going into month 4 will be double month 3. As long as you follow the instructions (scheduling a monthly appt) you'll be fine. I did stop my membership for a few weeks while I looked into other companies and had no problems on the website doing so. I do not recommend calling, matter of fact, I do believe it's required to do so online. The reviews that say they stole my money did not follow the instructions. Money will not be reimbursed if you do not follow the policy.
Thank you for your feedback! Although you have not seen the results that you had hoped for quite yet, we hope that our friendly team of clinicians and agents are able to help support you throughout your wellness journey with us!

I signed up for Remedy Meds in November 2024, expecting a straightforward subscription, but the process is much more frustrating than they make it sound. You are billed automatically every 28 days, but what they don’t clearly explain is that you also have to submit a refill request every three weeks. If you don’t, they will still bill you, but will not automatically send your refill. Once you submit the refill request, if the provider reviewing it decides you need a video call, your refill is put on hold until you complete that call, but you are still billed in the meantime.
They claim this is a “subscription” and that you are not just paying for medication, but also for customer service and provider availability via video calls. This allows them to bill you every 28 days regardless of whether you use any of those services or actually receive your medication. This happened to me multiple times. I did not submit a refill request because I still had medication left, yet I was still charged $399. I assumed they would either refund me or automatically send the refill, but instead, I was billed again, another 28 days later, with no medication provided again. When I called and spent over an hour on the phone explaining that I was still owed two refills, they finally credited my account, but absolutely no refunds.
The video calls are inconvenient and, in my experience, a complete waste of time. Nothing actually changes. The provider keeps you on the same dose and then refers you back to customer service, while customer service tells you to speak with a provider. It becomes an endless loop with no real resolution. At one point, I had multiple vials on hand because I was ordering as instructed every three weeks. When I submitted a refill request in January 2026, I was again told I needed to complete another video call. I was in the middle of preparing to move and still had plenty of medication left, so I did not prioritize the call and assumed, based on past experience, that they would credit the charges until I was ready to refill.
Instead, I was charged $399 for January 2026 and another $399 for February 2026 without receiving any medication. When I eventually completed the required video call, I was told that, according to their system, it had been over 45 days since I last took the medication, so they refused to refill my prescription. This was incorrect, as I still had medication on hand from prior refills. Even after explaining this, they would not override their system.
Instead, I was told I would have to restart at a lower “microdose,” even though I had not actually stopped taking the medication and still had a vial in hand. The provider also told me that if I agreed to microdosing, the $798 I had already been charged would be applied as a credit toward future refills and that customer service would walk me through the process.
However, when I later spoke with customer service, I was told they do not even offer a microdosing program at this time. This left me in a situation where I had been charged $798, could not receive a refill, and could not receive the treatment plan the provider had prescribed. When I contacted billing, they acknowledged that I had canceled my subscription and pointed out that the contract allows them to bill every 28 days regardless of whether medication is shipped, and that no refunds are issued. The only solution they offered was to restart my subscription, at which point they would apply the $798 as a credit.
This makes no sense, as it would require me to restart a subscription to receive credit for medication they are not currently offering or are unable to provide. The biggest issue is the lack of flexibility and communication. The system follows rigid rules without considering actual patient use, and there is no clear path to resolve issues when they arise. This ended up being a $798 lesson learned. Other providers offer true subscription models with automatic billing and automatic shipment, without requiring repeated refill requests or unnecessary video calls.
Their online portal is also largely useless. They do not provide invoices, and there is no clear way to view payments or billing history - only past prescriptions. Ironically, the refill dates shown in the system are always about a month apart, even though I was submitting refill requests every three weeks. This inconsistency is likely how I ended up with multiple vials in hand at one point, while their system still assumed I should have run out. Like many patients, there were occasional weeks where I did not take a dose exactly on schedule, which further highlights why rigid system assumptions do not reflect real-world use.
Overall, the billing practices, refill requirements, and lack of meaningful provider support make this service extremely frustrating and not worth the cost. Based on my 15 months of experience with this company, I would not recommend them to anyone. We are trying to improve our health and lose weight, and the added stress and unnecessary hassles only make that process more difficult. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.
Our team appreciates you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand that the service you encountered does not align with the service we aim to provide our patients with. I loved the medicine! It worked great and I lost 20 lbs. However, their customer service is beyond atrocious. I had a shipment and I contacted them, advising them I would not be available and needed to adjust the shipping date to ensure I was there when the meds arrived. They said they couldn't do anything until after they got the shipping info from the pharmacy. Note: It took over a week for the pharmacy to fill the order once it was sent by the Dr. Once I received the info, I contacted them again to let them know of the issue. They said they wouldn't do anything until the shipment arrived. So I received the shipment (which was unusable as it day outside in 90+ degree weather for 4+ days) and contacted them and explained the situation. They said they would get me a replacement.
A few days passed with no update so I contacted them to find out the status. They said they needed additional information to process the request (note: they didn't bother to contact me for the additional info, I had to call them to find out). After numerous emails and phone calls and a supervisor advising me that I would receive a replacement at no charge, they said they didn't care what she had said (even though they had documented proof of this) and refused to send me a replacement. So I basically spent $400 on unusable meds.
We apologize for the mishap surrounding your order. Due to our shipping time line we advise patients to not submit a refill request unless they will be available to retrieve their order upon delivery. Once a patient submits a refill request and the pharmacy fulfills the order we are then unable to stop or cancel the order as it is then handed off to a shipping carrier. Replacement requests in scenarios like these would need to be paid for by the patient, we regret to hear of your frustrations.

I came across Remedy Meds last fall, and was pleased to have a discount, and the monthly subscription was slightly lower than what I’ve been paying. The previous two years that I was on compounded Tirzepatide I have gone from 252 to 189. Then I started using Remedy Meds at 65 units, my doctor has prescribed 12.5 MG‘s for my weight loss journey. I was confused at the 65 units as it is not the same as 12.5 MG‘s and the fact that there was an added vitamin that turned the solution reddish pink.
Since I started in October, I have actually gained weight, to the tune of 14 pounds and the food noise is back with a vengeance. Also, the billing practices by Remedy Meds is very deceitful. It is hard to cancel your subscription and it’s confusing how to re-order. I will not be using Remedy Meds going forward and have spoken to my doctor about going with a new compounder. Apparently not all compounders are the same and I have learned this firsthand. Basically, I have wasted the last five months and hundreds of dollars trying to get to my goal weight to no avail. I would not endorse Remedy Meds.

I was on vacation and not home with no internet access that since I was automatically being charged each month I would receive the medication. After arriving home I saw I had been charged however no medication had been delivered.

So I just had to cancel my subscription with this company and I need everyone to know why. The natural progression for use of this medication, when used for weight loss, is that once you have lost the weight you switch to a maintenance dose (microdosing) however this company does not provide that. So once you have reached your goal you can either continue taking, and paying, for a medication you no longer need, you can stop the medication and gain the weight back or you can end your care with them and switch to another provider who offers microdosing. Now so you know, they do offer microdosing, but only to new customers.
I'm not quite sure how this is not malpractice but I will be looking into it. To start a treatment plan with a patient with no plan for ending treatment when no longer needed? So my recommendation is to find another company and make sure they do not have the same policy. It's said that this is how they run their business because up until now I have had a good experience. We have made exciting updates to expand our care, if you are still a member I advise scheduling with a clinician to discuss your eligibility for the dose you're seeking!

So now I was getting charges to my account. Of course two months went by without me noticing the charges and when I requested the charges to be reversed they said no as it is a subscription. Understand a subscription is you get something from it in exchange i.e. goods or some sort of service- however when all communication stopped from them and you didn’t quite review your statement so closely those two months you get charged.
They refuse to refund the $800 which is a lot of money and tell me that I would need to come back to them to get my subscription. I have Asked numerous times for either the refund or then the product but I need to come back to them for that. Ugghhh- when they reactivated your account without communication from them that is THE PROBLEM as I would have seen the texts or emails and then either proceeded or asked for a refund then.
We are not able to 'put accounts on hold' especially for an unspecified amount of time. If your account 'was on hold' then that really means your next billing date was moved back from its original date. We can move the next billing date back by 1 day, or by a few months depending on the patients request. If you requested that the next billing date was pushed back to April for example, then your next charge would come out in April and continue each month until you request to cancel.
