I like that they work directly with the bank where I have the precious metals IRA. When I opened the account I was able to start out with a lower minimum than other places. In total, I paid $225,870.60 for 3,375 oz of silver and about 104 oz of platinum, including $22,792.95 in silver premiums and $40,792.71 in platinum premiums — over $63,000 in markups.

Our account manager answered questions; if he did not have the answer immediately, he got it quickly, giving me greater assurance in Orion Metal. Once the process began, the manager stayed with me throughout every step. Orion Metal followed up with emails once the order was completed.
