I felt like the instructions to delete whatever I had to delete were a little vague and the representative could have been a little more helpful in telling me how to go about it. It all did work, but I am not the most tech savvy person and the staff needs to be aware of that.

I was so pleased with the Customer Service and help I received someone notifying the 3 Service Bureaus of my issues with several breaches. Your people made me feel protected and cared for as I was uneasy about the number of breaches that were occurring with my personal information.
