A company the size of LinkedIn and being such a popular platform and not many that can compete with the type of platform it is unfortunate that the customer service is so bad. I should be able to get help with my paid Recruiter seat immediately but nope. Went through AI generated help which was useless. Then waited for an agent for 20 minutes only to be told one was not available. I think submitted a request and 30 minutes later still waiting on someone to contact me.

A week after cancelling from a computer (because they won’t let you on a phone), I was charged $40. Now I’ve got to wait a week for my money back. The premium doesn’t even do any of the things it advertises. Needing to visit from a computer is such a scam. It’s 2026. I’m pretty sure Amazon got sued for making it so hard to cancel prime. LinkedIn should be no different.

Linkedin Customer service is Awful.. The platform isn't much better. They charge you for the Premium service even after you've cancelled. And the site has turned into facebook, with professional women selling themselves instead of business content.

Beware of the LinkedIn Premium 'Free Trial' as they are preying on you to forget to cancel your subscription to pay for $50+ a month for literally nothing. You'd think they send you a notice your subscription will be billed before it occurs, but they decide one week earlier in a marketing themed message is the right way to do so. 10/10 would not recommend.

Random account restrictions, just try to change your profile picture, and now good luck finding a way to contact support.

Tired of constantly having to validate my identity. Site sucks. Not worth wasting your time.

Apparently this is nothing new, but my Linkedin account got hacked. I tried several times to report it. With absolutely no response. So after a couple of weeks I created a new account and within minutes of creating it, I was logged out and tried to get back in and it was just a constant loop of trying to log in with password and a text to verify, which would take me to an error message. There is no way to talk to anyone and the reporting mechanism apparently goes nowhere. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been trying to purchase Linkedin learning for my team. Earlier this week I was able to enter my contact info, then by cc info and finally selected a couple of classes to assign to one of my reports. Since then I've heard zero from the company. Scheduled a teams call with someone, explained my problem and what I got from him was, "sorry, can't help you with that problem."

Our company account became inaccessible. We contacted Zoom, but we had to go through a loop of user identification that didn't solve anything. We contacted customer service, but after six weeks, all they had done was transfer the case to a different team and then close it because we weren't contacting them through the account that we couldn't access.

LinkedIn has a representative named KAPIL. I've been denied proper support/service after invoking my right to have my accounts closed and deleted. A formal case has been opened and either LinkedIn will do as they are required to, they will be held liable for not respecting my right and not having the willingness to do so.
