I recently had the pleasure of using the Excellent Services with Vacations To Go, and I was extremely fortunate to work with Tessa **, my Cruise Counselor. Tessa provided me with the best service I have ever experienced. Her extensive knowledge and attention to detail truly set her apart. She goes above and beyond to care for her clients, always remembering their needs and preferences. Tessa is proactive in addressing challenges and works diligently to secure the best offers available. This level of dedication is truly unique, and I can't recommend her highly enough!

Use Vacation To Go for years. Never had any problems. Book 5 trips for the whole family with multiple rooms on 3 Cruise Lines for 5 years. Always had excellent service from 3 different agents. Current one is Byron. Prof. service.

I've used Vacations to go 3 times, 2017, 2019 and most recently a month ago. I'm very surprised to see the negative reviews. I've had nothing but a great experience from beginning to end, my last agent being Ricardo. He explained everything clearly, answered every question I had, he did a terrific job!

My wife and I were completely satisfied with VTG. The price was great, cruise was excellent, and customer service agent was great also through the entire process. We took our cruise during The Eclipse in April and it was perfect. I just now noticed the negative reviews. We had no such issues. It looks like most of the negative reviews were a specific problem that VTG had no control over. Maybe we were just lucky, I don’t know. But I will use them again. They have the best overall prices.

I have used "Vacations To Go" website for about 12 years, booked at least 25-30 cruises during that time. I called to book a cruise and made it very clear to the agent I wanted the drink package from the start. I was given several options but then decided on the Fantastica experience because the agent told me it was the best option and included a discounted drink package which I could add after it was booked (later found out it must be added when the res is generated, agent should have known this).
Now I try to add the drink package and it only offers the premium package at $352 pp for a 4 night cruise. Jennifer ** told me that was a discounted price which is not true, you can book a cruise without the "Fantastica" experience and it is the NOT same price. I was sold the Fantastica exp based on its benefits, absolutely NOT ONE of those benefits applied to me, the Fantastica exp includes a one time change to the res but later found out any changes have to be made 90 days prior to sailing (I booked 12 days prior to sailing) it cost me an extra $60 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have gold status on MSC but doubt I will make it to Diamond as this will be my last sailing with MSC unless someone finds a way to fix this problem which I did not create and NO ONE seems to have the authority or desire to assist me in this matter.
I am debating sharing this experience with my friend who has a cruise channel with 97,400 subscribers. I cannot believe that loyalty has no benefit whatsoever with Vacations to Go. This is a VERY obvious mistake on their part, considering agent was aware I wanted the drink package and he did not add it at the time of booking so I am paying the price for this obvious mistake and they will do nothing whatsoever to make it right. I'm not sure who will be reading this hopefully Mr. Alan Fox but not sure it would matter, maybe even he does not have the AUTHORITY to do anything about it and that is pretty sad if that is the case. Our management team reviewed your conversations with Kern & found he advised you that the beverage package was not included in the total cost of your cruise ($240), but could be purchased once onboard or during online check in. Booked a cruise. Advisor misled the info for the cruise. I called to rectify. He still did not know what he was talking about. I called a so-called supervisor, Anthony. Got more runaround. Not reputable at all. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation. They take no responsibility. Never again. Just go straight to the cruise line source for your bookings and put these fools out of business.

This travel agent works only for the money, I wish I checked reviews before I book with them. Worse experience ever. They make you think that it is all your fault, you should do better next time. What I should do is that write this review, let every one know, and never book with Vacations To Go.

This was our first and last cruise reservation through Vacations To Go. Reason; after paying for our cruise in full I was informed by Celebrity Cruise Line that we had to pay an additional $600 fee for PORT CHARGES. I believe that the reason that there was NO mention of this fee by Vacations to Go is that this additional amount could/would make consumers think twice about their pricing. LET THE BUYER BE AWARE!!
Dear Bill, due to new legislation, the prices on our website include all port charges & fees. You shouldn’t have charges beyond the agreed-upon price. Any time you are booked through a travel agency, the cruise line will not contact you directly, & they will send you to your travel agent to discuss all booking details. Please check your credit card statement & call your travel agent. We want to assist you, but will need your booking number & some more details before we're able to do so. Thanks.

We were schedule to go on a cruise on May 11, and were unable to go. We do not blame Vacations To Go we take full responsibility. My complaint is with Vacations to go Master Cruise Counselor Evelyn **. We were already wounded and Evelyn pour salt on our wound. I called Evelyn to request our refund on the specialty dining and internet. On one call she said I was a waste of her time. On my next call to Evelyn she went off on me screaming and hung up on me. I ask management to listen to the recording on August 19, around 4:28 pm. No Customer should ever be treated like I was. She was rude and unprofessional. On August 20, I did speak to Rhonda **, Vacations to go Manager. I want to thank her for the way she handle the matter and her professionalism. As a Customer we choose where we spend our money.

Worse travel agent ever - I booked on a whim after looking at their site for years - to join a group of friends who had already booked their cruise. I thought their prices looked good - but honestly - it's been the worst experience ever in hindsight. The travel agent I was assigned was/is horrific. He is unable to answer the smallest questions, offered no “TA Experience” on which cabins are better, was unable to articulate proper responses to my questions, etc. There were NO perks whatsoever by using their services. I have since learned that reputable TAs should have access to a lot more TA benefits, information and savings to the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Vacations to Go for anything other than looking up info on their website. And then take that with a grain of salt - the prices they list are not exactly what is offered.
ALSO - Between my booking and when the final payment was due, Houston was hit with a tropical storm and their servers and phones were all down for days. I managed to get a message through via email and he called me - however he tried to change my quoted price 2 times to higher amounts - and each time I had to tell him again that it’s NOT the same price as originally quoted and that I took prints and and screenshots of everything in real time at booking.. He finally got it back down to the original price - but it was still higher than any other reputable TA could have gotten us. Find a better company - Vacations to Go will completely screw you over.
