I have used Vacations for all of my cruises in The past 3 years. They have always been responsive to my needs and have made recommendations that were very appreciated, my cruise this past June 2025, they recommended to me to upgrade to a suite rather than a balcony room. IT was a 4-day cruise. The price was about the same as the balcony. I'm taking an 8 day cruise in December for my birthday and I've booked a suite again. I'm hooked!

Azamara Onward / Confirmation Booking No. **. Voyage : 12 days Mediterranean Cruise. Date: Sept. 06 to Sept. 18, 2025. Azamara Onward is the best Cruise I’ve ever had. I had an immersive experience on this Cruise. You would feel a deep connection and involvement with Captain, Crews and members, surrounded with the nice people, environment and sense of presence as well of the Culture of each one Country. In Azamara they have a personal assistant or butler aboard, unlike big ships they would never accommodate you due to the big crowds. Food and wines are superb, crew and staff are the best! Entertainments are elegance. You can even Q & A with the Captain and the Cruise Director as well. Azamara is highly recommended as they treated you like a family, connection. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and responds promptly to all our questions and needs in a timely manner. VTG always offers the best prices, as we compare other travel agents and consistently return to book our cruises and vacations with them. One example was when Anna U. was our agent; we bought extended park passes to Disney World and had an issue getting into the park. We called Anna, and she had the problem resolved in under 15 minutes. We have booked over 15 cruises and vacations with them and will use them well into the future. Keep up the good work. Nick. I have used Vacations To Go for well over 10 years. Our agent is Christopher **. He is knowledgeable and is able to answer all my questions. If there's something he is not clear on, he'll do the research and then get back to me. My experience overall has been excellent for the many years that I've dealt with Christopher. Absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend him!!

I have booked cruises for well over 10 years and have always had outstanding service. I deal with a lady named Kyo ** and couldn't be more pleased with her service. Any time I have a question or concern all I do is call her. My calls are always returned in a timely manner and questions are resolved. I live in a retirement community and have had over 100 cruise reservations made at my recommendation. Only once has anyone had a concern about the company and in my opinion it was not a real problem. I just signed up (today) with Vacations to Go for 2 weeks around the British Isles with 4 other happy couples.

Bait and switch all the way. Called on cruise for MSC for 4 days. Price was suddenly unavailable so booked higher price. Lower price was still advertised a week later. Could not get lower price because I had paid in full. It's just one of their scams. Their silver tongue managers are of no help. Run from them not walk.

I have used this site since 1999 when we started cruising, best deals and customer service, never had issues, also bought vacation packages, very satisfying, you won’t find a better deals anywhere, I stopped trying long time ago.

Vacations To Go is a ripoff as far as I’m concerned. I got this 100 bucks onboard credit with virgin voyages cruises. When I got onboard the ship they told I had to produce evidence off the onboard credit, I show them the evidence then they changed the requirements and then told me to contact the agent Trav ** to get the credit. I told them that everything is in black and white and they have a contractual agreement with vacations to go. Why would I need to fix this?

These people are absolutely horrible! We are going on a cruise through my wife's company. We had to pay for my attendance. It took me over six weeks of emailing and calling the rep at minimum twice a week to get in contact with her to pay my part. When we were offered excursions (we were told these were through the cruise line, they were not) we purchased two. They charged us, but assigned them to another passenger in our group. When my wife contacted them about this she got nowhere. After three attempts, I called and I was told they did not know how our excursions were assigned to someone else, but as long as we have the receipts. This was when I found out these were not through the cruise line and I requested they be cancelled as we were mislead. They were unwilling to do so. If you ever have the need to use these people, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
