I went with Trinity Solar because 2 of my coworkers had positive experiences. It has been a nightmare since I agreed to go Solar. I have had little to no communication from Trinity Solar or the 'lending company' Sunnova since the system went on my house. The solar generation HAS NOT decreased my electric bill. The system does not work as promised and the battery back-up is a band-aid, not a solution. I was told my payments would be lower if I signed over the rebate to Sunnova BUT based on finances and personal deductions, I wasn't eligible for full rebate in 1 year. I believe in Solar but this is a scam. I will give details to anyone if you want to contact me ** is my email. Search Jesse Watters for Sunnova review. If I can keep 1 person from dealing with the headaches I am experiencing, I'll be happy.

I have had them For 4 years now and glad I made the choice. My electric bill has only gone up 12 bucks in 4 years when it would have gone up 100 plus if I still used power from The utility. Because of this my family has been able to Be protected long term and it is not something I have to worry about.

Salesman came to my house. Was disrespectful to everyone, then tried to fight me in my garage when I told him to leave. I asked to see the contract and he denied me visualizing it. I told him I wouldn't sign without seeing a contract and he told me don't waste his time if I'm not going to sign. Now I get messages regularly asking to remove my review.

I called Trinity Solar and sales representative Kevin ** came out & met with us! Everything went smooth! From the meeting, the installation, every time I had any questions, I called and Kevin had all the answers! My electric bill is $4.95 a month and I couldn’t be happier! I recommend Trinity solar but I Highly recommend Kevin ** as your Sales Representative as he goes above and beyond for his customers! I still have some questions a year and half later and he still answers my calls and helps! I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Kevin **!!

Not one day for the entire time I've had the install has my system covered my use. I was told I would have no electric bill other than the customer service charge but I have had a huge bill on top of paying their bill. Do not use this company.

Trinity Solar is a total ripoff. Has taken almost 10 months for the install. They quote you one price and when you receive contract, the pricing is 10s of thousands more. So someone relying on the quote may not catch the ripoff in pricing as that happened to us. Now they say, too bad, you signed the contract. BEWARE, DO NOT USE TRINITY SOLAR. RIPOFF.

They put my solar panels on 4 years ago. As soon as the first rainstorm came I have been getting leaks. They have been coming out since the panels were installed and never fix anything. It went from being the gutters to the chimney now to my roof is old. I was told by the salesman that they would look at my roof and if it wasn't look in good shape they wouldn't put the panels on. I got a call after they came and looked at my roof that everything looked good. They do very sloppy work. There were a bunch of broken shingles in the gutters so I cleaned them out but still leaks. I had a company come out and retar the chimney still leaks.

They don't take responsibility for their work. They have not done one thing to try to repair the roof. They just pass it off onto being something other than their work that caused the leaks. I didn't have 1 leak before they came and after the panels were installed I immediately started getting stains on my ceilings. Their solution to the problem is I use their roofing company that wants twice the price of the other roofing companies I got quotes from.

I regret the day I signed up for solar with Trinity. I regret ever getting involved with trinity and Dustin **. Trinity hands you off to Sunnova solar and that is where my troubles began. In little over two years with solar my system is down again. The first times was 6 months. This time I am five weeks and counting. Two bad inverters in less than three years. Sunnova still will charge you a monthly bill and you are producing nothing. I called dustin the first time and he did nothing. When dustin was here selling us the system he made it sound like sunnova was their parent company.

Their installation nearly set my house on fire. With confirmation from both the fire department and a team of electricians, Trinity Solar takes no responsibility for their job poorly (and dangerously) done. $8,500 later, I’ve been told we’re out of luck and they won’t own up to their crucial error. They told me I “should have called them first.” Sorry, Trinity Solar - with two small kids sleeping upstairs on a Friday night and wall that felt like it was on fire (because it was about to be), I didn’t think to call my pals over at fun sun panels incorporated. Thanks, though. Guess I’ll be seeing them in court. I have plenty of photo evidence showing every inch of their mistakes.

Took almost six months to install the system and then a few visits over two months to get it working. The system worked for about four months then stopped working. Trinity has conducted five service calls over two months and still the system does not work. We paid $10k for a non functional system. Their installation and service personnel are unaware and inexperienced. Do not use this company. Stay away.
