This whole affair has been a complete and utter joy, not only was all my questions answered, but also any questions I even thought of asking he had the answers ready and quickly. It was nice to have such a gentlemen in my home who was respectful and a great asset to Momentum!

We just recently moved into our new home and came across many other companies who tried to sell us their products with hidden contract fees. Antonio was very upfront and very honest. I wanna talk about Rich the person who come to the house is an exceptional. The best thing you ever done in your life because you send me a gift like this young man who has taught me how what I can do with my solar panels and with everything. If you ever need someone to teach or show people and get customers send Rich cause he’s the one he has everything that you need and he treats people like human beings with love. Our sales rep, Ethan, was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He went over the entire project from start to finish and answered all of the questions that we had. Definitely highly recommended!

Got a site visit from Momentum solar and the representative Felipe **, on Saturday October 19th 2024. Great meeting and consultation. All my questions were answered and then some. I was approved today and I am happily going solar. Felipe did an outstanding job and we are looking forward to starting asap.

I contacted this company to get more info and the attitude of the rep was defensive and rude so I ended the call politely. Now they're calling my number 10 times a day which shows a level of desperation and inconsiderate actions. These are bottom feeders and will NEVER use these morons. THEY HAVE A BAD REPUTATION.

System 1 year old and has broken down a half dozen times. One time there was a short in a junction box and that put out half the system. Five more visits since then. A tech is coming tomorrow to repair our current dilemma.

Momentum Solar pressured my wife and me to sign a contract with a 7-day cancellation window—but here’s the catch: The 7-day period starts from your initial visit, not after the assessment. They don’t clearly disclose this unless you ask. If your roof assessment is scheduled after the 7-day period, you’re out of luck—because the contract still stands. This deceptive approach traps customers before they even get a full understanding of what they’re committing to. Avoid this company at all costs.

Alan ** came to my house and talked to me about installing solar panels for my ENTIRE house, which is very small. The contract I was to sign showed me just a drawing of the solar panels that were to be installed. The drawing appeared to be for the entire house, although panels were installed for only half the house. After seeing that panels were installed for only half the house, I reached out to Mr **, and he ASSURED me the company would be back out the next day to install the rest of the panels for the entire house. The next day the company never arrived to finish the job as PROMISED by Mr **.

We took this Momentum Solar company year 2019 and they installed 22 panels in our house. They said that we have 20 years warranty so we are covered for any trouble as long as not the panel itself get broken. 2024 only 5 years later the system start having problems. Now when we called this company to fix the issue they said we need to pay for the technician first before they can send someone to fix it. This momentum solar company doesn’t deserve to recommend to others because the way they treat consumers like us. We pay lot of money with this company. Now this is what we get.
