A friend of mine, who had Complete Solar put in his house, referred them to me. We had looked into a lot of different other companies and we chose Complete Solar since they were the ones willing to work with us and do the style of work needed in our house. Since the installation, I have been satisfied with going solar and the greatest benefit so far is the cost savings. The customer service is really good and Ryan, the rep, was awesome. We just had a customer call from them. They called us saying that there was no service but they’ll be on top of everything. I have also participated in their Share the Sun program and referred other people.

Going solar is better for the environment and I had to have it then so I'd been searching for someone who can finance solar energy but I was out of work for a while and could not afford it. Other companies wouldn't finance me and when they found I didn't qualify, they dumped me. They were rude about it on the phone too. Complete Solar was willing to work with me and they said they'd get me financed. Even though it seemed that most likely I will not qualify, they still gave me the time, gave it a try and it worked. So I was happy with that. The entire process has been easy. They've been very helpful the whole way and easy to work with. They would contact me if something happened and made sure things were on schedule.

On the other hand, I'm confused on my bill with SDG&E and I wasn't sure if it's normal to see two bills. I want to make sure that was how it was supposed to work. Also, I like to pay things online and for some reason, I can't. I have to now write a check for it. But overall, I've had a great experience with Complete Solar. I have told a few people about them.

I have chosen Complete Solar because of the benefits they were offering. They were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything was good up until I got a $500 bill from Southern California Edison on top of what I'm paying and they said basically that the solar panels aren't making enough electricity, to cover my usage.

I’m saving money on my electric bill so I researched solar energy. Complete Solar had a better and longer roof-leak warranty and they provided monitoring for 15 years. I compared them with other providers, and they won out overall on price and what they were offering. Their team was really nice and helpful, too. They followed through and did everything that they said they would do. Since they got busy around the holidays, I had a couple of delayed response times. But overall, they delivered when they said they would and I enjoyed working with them. They did a good job and I would recommend them. It was a fun, exciting and rewarding experience with them.

I was curious about solar energy and whether it would work for us, and when I talked to Complete Solar's salesperson, who has been friendly and informative, he showed me some information and numbers which looked good to me, so I went with them. The installation went smoothly although there was a couple of months' delay. I was expecting to have it installed before the winter. Electric bills hit, but it didn't actually occur until two months later. There were a few issues with the city building department regarding the permit but it was good that they took care of it.

But the financing situation with Complete Solar is not all that great. They said it's not really a lease, but it feels like one because I'm paying them with interest. I wasn't able to purchase the panels outright in the beginning and benefit from the tax benefits that I might have gotten. They did put the solar panel in and the installation didn't cost me anything upfront, but over the 20 years, I'm not sure if I'll come out ahead. The leasing company is getting the better end of that deal. I wish I could purchase it, but I'm not sure if I was financially able to purchase it outright and cut off some of the interest that I'm having to pay.

But so far, I've been satisfied with my decision to go solar even though I haven't had a lot of time to research and compare the total amount of money I'm spending on power. I still get some electric bills which I was hoping that solar would eliminate. That hasn't happened, but I seem to have a more even utility bill throughout the year which was helpful. I'm using electric heaters so in the winter, I used to get a spike in electric bills which was my biggest problem. But things went well and Complete Solar seem to be a good company.

We wanted to reduce the cost of our electricity bill and got cold called by Complete Solar. Only time will tell how well these solar panels were installed. The workman knocked a hole on the inside of the house from where they installed the electric panel and they sent a guy to repair it, but it was not well-done. So we hired a man to come in and fix the damage.

I wanted to save on electricity cost so I researched about solar energy installation. Since the price that Complete Solar offered was pretty close but slightly less than the others, I decided to get them. But the installation was delayed because the subcontracted installation company weren't very responsive, so they took longer than they were supposed to. They were okay, though. And Complete Solar has been saving me money, so it's pretty good.

We were referred to Complete Solar by my husband’s work associate. My husband liked that their panels were American made and we got a warranty. Their price was good, too. We’re very happy with them and working with them has been great. We also love the fact that my husband can go online and check energy usage, how much we’re getting back, etc. In addition, Complete Solar did a nice job of installing the panels and they did it in a very quick method. The panels look nice on our roof, too. One can’t really tell that the panels are there unless they’re looking up at the roof.

We’ve been satisfied with our decision to go solar. We do have other homes in other areas but unfortunately, they’re in snowy regions so we can’t put solar panels there. We’re unhappy with PG&E though. Everybody’s getting solar to save energy and PG&E keeps increasing our rates. It’s disheartening because we’re trying to do something for the environment and these people come back and say, “Well, okay. So now too many people are going solar and we’re not making it. We have to increase the price.” So they changed our hours up to when we can use the energy and they gave us options on the time that we could use it. In the past I was able to use it anytime I wanted. But since the hours have changed, I could only use energy between 6:00 PM and noon, with heating and air conditioning. When the sun is out, I can definitely use power. But when the sun isn’t out, I’m penalized and get charged extra if I use energy. So it’s a give and take.

We liked Complete Solar because their panels were American-made. They hardly had any problems, too, so we didn’t care too much about the other solar companies that have better tax rebate. However, I got an electric bill for $260 at the end of the month and I didn’t know what it was for even though I was paying the electric company about $8 that I owe them. I tried to talk to the Complete Solar guy who came to my door and he said, “Oh, I don’t live in your area anymore. So basically it’s not my problem any longer,” even if he still works for Complete Solar. I had to call customer service to find out what happened.

That part started to piss me off because I didn’t know much about it and they said, “Well, you just have to look at the back of the electric bill and it’ll tell you.” I said, “I’m paying solar and you said I’m not gonna pay much for electrical,” but I didn’t get any answers and I never got it figured out. I just ended up paying it. I guess there’s hidden fees from the electrical company that I wasn’t told about. My electric bill keeps going up. I was under the impression that the electric company borrows my solar power when I’m not using it because that’s what the guy from Complete Solar told me. Nevertheless, I was satisfied in working with Complete Solar. I have talked about them to some people but they were looking at the tax rebate. Three of them wanted SolarCity because they got a bigger tax rebate than Complete Solar's.

We own two houses at once and we wanted to get a better deal on electricity. We went with Complete Solar because my husband said they're a good company. Although Complete Solar was good, I think their subcontracted installers suck because they damaged my roof. Also, they started in June and they said it'd be done by December, but we weren't on the grid until July of the following year. We then asked when the guy came out whom to call if something like the leak on our roof happens. He said, "just call us up and we'll take the panels off the roof". That, however, was not the case and now we're going through headaches. No one seems to know anything. Nevertheless, with solar energy we only pay $80 when the bills says $2,400. As much as we are satisfied with the decision to go solar, we are not satisfied with the company. I also would not refer anybody to their Share the Sun program.

I went with Complete Solar because there's no cost to meet upfront at all. The office staff was great and everyone was friendly. The install went smooth. Different parts were sitting for awhile, but everyone did their jobs well. What was not clear to me was how the billing would work. It's all averaged out. The takeaway that we had after talking with the sales guy was that our monthly bill was going to be less always. Period. But in the summer when the system is generating a ton of electricity because of the long days, our electric bill is similar to what it was with the local utility. Right now it's been raining here in Northern California and my bill is really low because we’re not using any electricity. It's disappointing that I didn’t understand that it’s how this would work, but I get it now and I'm still happy with it. Those summer utility bills were big sticker shocks that made me angry when I first got them.

We were having $600 a month electric bill and we don’t even have air conditioning or heating. All we have is a wood burning stove. After installing solar, our electric bill got down to $250. I'm absolutely satisfied with going solar. The only problem we've had since is when we decided to switched to a satellite internet carrier, that screwed up the reporting of the solar. It didn’t stop the solar and it took a while to get all that re-coordinated. I'd give Complete Solar an A for backing what they promised. The salesman was great, I would give him an A+, and we got a better out and out bottomline price. The cost of their installation compared to other companies we considered were a third to half lower than most.

But the installation team was poorly lacking in training. There were multiple problems with the installation which they corrected, but they had to have another whole team come out and fix the problems that their installation team did. They said they would handle their installation team with aplomb and it was a nightmare. My brother-in-law constantly had to get a hold of them. They had to reimburse us two months and fees for the electric bill because they couldn’t meet the deadlines. Everything was put on backwards and it had to be totally reworked. But as far as what happened before and after, they were great. They just need to make sure their installation teams are trained better since they probably were just growing too big too fast. They got to have their act together.

The sales representative was very patient and willing to answer all questions and get references for every project. Everyone was committed to doing their part. Complete Solar is great. We were looking into putting solar in and Complete Solar was willing to sell us panels that were made in USA. They guaranteed that every part of this was made in USA and that we could over put more panels on what we would normally use so we would have a buffer. They didn’t have some of the tools when they came out to install the first time, so they had borrowed from my husband. Then about a week later, they sent a different crew out, but we had an issue because they had to stop since they need to get permit from the city office. If they didn't, they're going to be sent away. That ended up going for another two weeks and then they finally came out and finished up the job well. Having Complete Solar made the electricity part of the bill almost nothing and the only thing left is the gas part. I wish they would do something for gas, but as far as the electricity part of my bill, it's great. I pay 7 bucks a month at most.

Complete Solar seemed to know what they were doing compared to the three other people that I gathered and they seemed to know my roof was a little unique with whatever it's tiled with, so I chose them and so far I am tremendously satisfied. Some people didn't want anything to do with it and one guy didn't know whether I had underground utilities or not which is silly because there were wires between me and the telephone pole, so he didn't last very long. We haven't had a bill this year but it's going to be a good investment and it's going to pay itself off in about six and a half years.

However, during installation, they totally didn't have a clue about my roof. They said it would be no big deal but we ended up having to re-roof half the house. They were subcontracting out a builder and the roofers were one of the people they were doing it with. The tiles were put in with stainless steel nails and they were supposed to pull them all out but they couldn't cut them with a hacksaw so one guy decided that's too much bother so he just pounded them in. Since we have roof decking and the roof of my ceiling is the roof and I don't have an attic, these nails are sticking through my roof! There are screws inside my house and you could see them so I wasn't happy about that. Fortunately they got it fixed before the rain came along and nobody would ever notice it. At any rate, they did a good installation and it's worked well. We don't have any leaks in my roofs and it's making electricity.

I’ve had several friends and neighbors that have gone with different companies that have had different issues. Like it took a long time to get the system in and get it approved and authorized. There’s a little bit of a process where they have to get authorization through PG&E. With Complete Solar, they were on top of it. The design happened quickly. Once they got the design, they submitted it to me and I approved it. Then they proceeded with getting the permits. It took less than two months from when I first sat down with them until my solar system was installed and working. It was pretty remarkable.

There are three different ways that solar companies sell their product. First, there’s no cost to the consumer. You sign an agreement with the solar company that you’ll pay them so much money per kilowatt hour and they guarantee they will provide you electricity per month for the 20 year period of time. In every situation, people save money immediately. Then the other two methods are prepaid. The solar company technically owns the system for 20 years, but the consumer has paid in advance for all the power that it’s going to generate. That’s what I went with.

I prepaid $13,000 and the only thing I would have to pay for for electricity is if I end up using more than my system generates. I got the True-Up and my system was perfectly designed in terms of the size. I paid $0 for my electricity for last year. As of this year, my electric bill averaged about $200. I’ll end up having little, if any, cost for electricity for the next 25 years.

We already had a partial solar unit set in and when Mr. ** was able to find full financing for us to go full solar, we went with Complete Solar. They have been fabulous. They put those things up in a couple days and they didn’t make a mess. If they did, they picked up after themselves. The gentleman was fantastic and very polite. If we had any questions, he'd answer straight to the point. They did a great job and I have no complaints at all.

Recently, our heating unit went out and our bill is $1,900. Maybe because we didn't have sun and everybody in the house has a portable heater which consumes a lot of electricity. It's been sunny all week but I haven't seen the bill go down yet. On the other hand, we don't have to pay until July and I keep my fingers crossed that it will be sunny until July. We would definitely recommend Complete Solar. The lady across the way had another company and it was out of line pricing, so we never went with them at all. The technicians were quick to install the solar panels from Complete Solar, but the problem we had was getting hooked up to the electric. Part of that was some internal things going on at Complete Solar. Our contract got lost somehow. There were people that went on vacation or got fired. We were supposed to be all hooked up by May third, and May fourth we still were not. They hired some company to come to trench us to the electric. They came out two days and didn't get it done. Had some other job to do, didn't come back until the following week. Didn't work two days, did not get it done.

I started taking photos and I sent them to the salesman who sold us the contract, and he jumpstarted it. And then finally the two guys (they were digging the trench by hand instead of using heavy duty equipment) had some guy come out to supervise and then that stuff got done. It was a big pain in the butt because they had to go across our neighbor's yard to do this, which she gave them permission but her yard was tore up for a month and a half. And then they weren't getting it done right, according to how the guy from Edison wanted it done so their contractor that they had hooked up with didn't really seem to take care of things. Right near where it's hooked up to our house, the ground is sinking. Maybe they didn't fill it in properly but there's a big dip. So overall, it took a good month and a half before we finally got hooked up to the electricity.

The experience working with them was very good. We've been satisfied with going solar, but we still want to figure out how we can go off grid by adding a battery component. When the power goes off, our system also goes off because it's a grid tie. We want to be independent, which is the whole purpose of going solar. And sometimes the power may be off for a day or two and we want to make sure we still have power to operate our well, so we need to make sure that we can somehow do this. That was one of the main concerns, and they said we could do that, there was just a switch we could add. But when the guys came to add the system, they said that's not true, that we have to add some kind of a battery backup.

Also, one of the things that they told me was that if I did have the system, they would put a sign out in front of my property. If someone referred my sign to them getting solar, I would get a referral fee, which I've not heard anything about since the system has been installed. But all in all, I'd recommend Complete Solar, the experience has been very pleasant.

Complete Solar came out and tried to patch it, but it didn't work so we went through a roofing company that is familiar with flat roofs, got it corrected and the last major storm that dumped a couple of inches on us, we were fine. Not that we were unhappy, but one of the things that we learned afterwards was there were some programs out there where you buy your own unit rather than be on a permanent rental lease high program. We sorely regretted not having researched that a little bit more because what we have now is you never own it. Other than that, we've been up and running and everything's been fine.

Jason and the other people that I worked with were good and very easy to work with. They were very accommodating and on top of things. When my system got knocked offline while we were doing some electrical work, the company was very proactive about trying to get it back online. Even though it was working, they wanted to monitor it. And I thought they did a really good job with keeping up on that. I have been very satisfied with my decision to go solar, and its greatest benefit would be with the electric bill.

Thanks for the great service. I love Solar. I had thought the system would be complicated by many parts, but it's actually quite simple. Obviously, we have the panels, which generate electricity from sunlight. All of that power is DC, or direct current, so the system needs an inverter for AC power. We considered one single inverter but instead opted for individual microinverters attached to every panel. There are several benefits to this approach.

I chose Complete Solar because of their whole program of owning the system and their financing made it a lot smarter. Their ground crew was amazing. The guys who worked on my house were very informative, professional, and did an awesome job for me. The problems we had were predominantly with Edison, which I’m still working through. My system went online end of June, and Edison is still trying to figure out the billing. They basically got in the way every possible way they could, so the guys from Complete Solar had issues getting the meter pulled out, issues with the panel upgrade, and all kinds of stuff with Edison dragging their feet. The people that Complete Solar sent out to do the service work were great. And the person we dealt with from customer service, who came to our house and sold to us, was fine. Had no problems with both. The glitch came with somebody at the office who was in charge of contacting us for information. I had repeatedly told her not to use my phone number or my email because I was frequently out of the country—four countries in four months this summer. And even though I repeatedly said that, they kept calling me, and I would get home from my trip and see a missed call because, of course, I had my phone off while I was travelling internationally. That could have been taken care of if they called my husband whose name and number are in their file to be the contact person—so that's my frustration.

And then we had people show up one day on our doorstep who said they were there to install my solar. And I explained that they can’t be there because our roof hasn’t been replaced yet and that that was what we’re waiting on. That wasted our time and theirs. Thank goodness I was home that particular week. If no one had been home and they started, that would have been really bad. But overall, it was very pleasant. We like our solar, but the communication system needs to be improved a little bit.

I wanted to get solar for my property so several companies reached out to me like Complete Solar, Sun Run, and First Solar. I did some research about pricing options, technology and that's how I ended up selecting Complete Solar. I have been satisfied with the system installed. One disappointment I had, though, was with the paperwork. I had an impression that if I lost power, I can basically shut of my electricity grid and use the solar panels in daytime. I found out that they didn't work. Then I read in the contract that for safety reasons that they do not do that.

My other complaint was when it was first installed, there was a problem with the main switch. But it was just because one of the breakers in my box became disconnected when the gentleman was in there moving things around. They didn't discover it until after they left. It took a while to get resolved. We discovered it after we finished the first night, the guy was standing there working on it then the second day they supposed to come by and didn't and I had to wait. Then someone came out and took him three hours but with my help and I was finally able to resolve it.

It was kind of frustrating because at the same time, Complete Solar was sitting there asking for their prompt payment check and I was like "Hey guys, you still haven't really finished the job from my perspective." The project manager that was supporting me was in some kind of vacation or something that time so there was a little stress there. I did some work building solar panels a few year ago and I thought it was a good idea to have something like that on the house. A friend of mine had a system installed from Complete Solar and knows the owner - that's when I first heard of the company. I eventually decided to get a system from them as well. Their customer service was a little difficult. It seemed that the individual I was working with was preoccupied and wasn't quite as effective as I thought it would be.

The installation team worked out very well except for a mistake they made with the panels and the system not putting out half of what it should. They came back to fix the problem, but my call with their re-service department was a DISASTER! The woman I spoke to had absolutely no idea what service meant. She said there was one technician in Northern California who was off on family leave and that I should call back in a couple of weeks when he returns to schedule a service. Nothing creative on her part at all - neither calling me back nor putting a date in on the books. That was less than what I would normally expect from a company.

I talked to my buddy who knows Complete Solar's owner and I think he talked to the owner about my experience. If I hadn't known how to contact somebody higher up, I think I would have been waiting months to get through that service department. Obviously, if there was a black eye they get, it's their lack of service people and lack of people in their service department that cares. Still, the system has helped to greatly reduce our electric bill and in the long run, it might help the house's value.

My mother and a few other family members have solar at their house and there were Complete Solar salespeople coming to our neighborhood so I got solar, but I've been dissatisfied with it. The first day of installation went great and communication was great. Then they were supposed to schedule a second day to finish the installation job but they never called back and someone just showed up at my house two days later at 6:45 in the morning, which was a little early especially when you have two kids and two dogs. And I needed to bring the dogs somewhere because of the installation going back and forth through the house and the backyard.

After that, communication never really was good. I didn’t hear much from the company at all after they installed it. Someone was supposed to show me how to check the online production so I can follow up and see how their system is working; nobody ever showed me that. And then the third month I had it, I received the first bill and it was $50 and that was around the range that they had estimated it would be. The second bill I got was just under $200, and I now have an open case with them because of this billing issue.

I don’t know why my bill would go four times higher. But in first calling with them, I was transferred six to eight times; I was on the phone for two hours. It’s been about a month or more, the situation still isn’t resolved. I also have faulty equipment that has taken at least a month to diagnose and figure out what’s going wrong. They never sent anyone to my house to test anything. I had to keep doing all the troubleshooting for them either via phone or via email.

And once again, with communication, they never followed up with me; I had to get back with them. They would say troubleshoot and I’d say okay and I do what they ask, and they would never call back and say, “Okay, it’s still not working?” Recently, because of the high bill, I had sent them first an ACH authorization form before I received the bill, and then after I received the bill, they hadn’t received the form yet and I called them and I said, “I’m revoking that form. You’re not authorized to take out automatic payments from my bank.”

And they still took an automatic payment out of my bank. And then I called them and they were like, “Oh yeah, whoopsy, our bad. It shouldn’t never gone through.” And I was like, “Well, I know.” So then I had to call my bank and do a stop payment because the first person I talked to said that they weren’t going to refund the money. And after I performed the stop payment then someone called and was like, “Oh, we were going to do a refund but we see you already have a stop payment.” So I’m regretting ever going over with this company.

That didn't turn out to be the case because I was still at least two months out. So I was a little disappointed in that. But the guys who did the installation were very nice. The guy gave me his personal cell. I've called him a couple of times for some questions and he's always there to help. Right now I'm glad I went with them. I've seen my metering going backwards. There's just been some minor glitches with some of the software but it's nothing about the solar itself. With that, overall, I’m satisfied. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends.

I wanted to cut back on my energy bill so I researched on solar energy installation. I decided to choose Complete Solar over another solar energy provider because the salesman was good. It has been okay so far although the installation messed up. There is very poor coordination within the solar and installation company.

The factor in choosing Complete Solar as our energy provider is their customer service. We told them, whenever we encounter high pressure sales, it wasn't something where we have to do it now. They allowed us to work on our own time to make this kind of investment decision. With other solar panel providers, it didn't seem like they had our best interests at heart. They were more focused on the financing component or the business of selling it than in listening to and understanding what our needs were and our concerns of what it means to install solar, the right energy consumption, and finding the right fit.

One of the challenges in the bay area is being able to afford to purchase a home, so very few of our friends and relatives can afford to buy a home here, and that's been the main challenge with referral. So we have not participated in the referral program that they offer. But we have a friend in Pleasanton who recently bought a house, so we could recommend to him to go solar if he's interested in doing that.

When looking at the whole process, especially when searching other solar panel experiences, our experience with Complete Solar is by far very meaningful and helpful. My husband works in the environmental arena, so we definitely appreciate going solar and know the value of it. We feel it can never stop for us to be a good steward of the resources that we're using.

I did a little research and I found out that Complete Solar was using USA-made panels so I signed up with them. I've been satisfied with my decision to go solar. It's not producing that much probably because it's wintertime, but it's still cool. Everything has been working fine. The sales representative and the installers were great. I'm happy with them and have participated in their Share The Sun Program, but not that many people are really trying to get in.

Other people are having solar energy installed and it seemed like a good idea, so we looked into it. We ended up buying the system from Complete Solar. We got two systems from them, we had the other one installed in the rental. Working with them was good and their people are courteous. We would recommend them to a friend.

Compared to the local competitors, Complete Solar was able to get on our roof so we can get power. The other companies couldn't get up there because our roof was too steep. Since the installation of our solar energy system, it's already been good and everything is working right.

I've been thinking about solar energy installation for a while, but it was really the incentives from the government at the time that was going to end at the end of the year. I investigated and decided on Complete Solar. They showed up every day they said they would and did a neat installation. I didn’t want pipes outside of the house, so they did an interior installation with minimal demolition. As far as I know, they’re working. I just got approved by PG&E to do the net energy situation and am now waiting to see the difference on my bill this month.

One of our friends installed Complete Solar and told us that it saves money so we decided to go with it. I’ve been reading about solar and I’m somewhat of an environmentalist, so I’ve been following up on a lot of stuff. If I had the money, I would have done it much earlier. We are satisfied with our decision to go solar but we have yet to see if this is really a good deal for us because we have just been using it for about a month now. I’m still trying to learn how to keep track of it on the internet and all that. But our experience working with Complete Solar was very pleasant. There are a lot of emails that they sent me and they kept calling me, making sure that everything is going well. I would definitely refer them.

I went with Complete Solar as my energy provider due to several factors. The primary factor was because the salesperson from Complete Solar who came out to make the presentation was very professional and informative. Even though Complete Solar wasn't the lowest bidder, I was satisfied with whom I was dealing with. They also made a follow-up visit to make sure that they had checked everything and everything was okay.

The last couple of months, my solar energy system has been producing negative cost and I'm not paying anything at all for energy right now. We'll see how it goes through the winter time. We will just measure the system's performance over the twelve months and then see what the factors are that may play into its working well and its not working well.

The tech made me aware of the Complete Solar Share the Sun program, their online referral program and I've participated in it. As long as I do not end up with having a couple of hundred people calling me all the time, I'm willing to be a reference for Complete Solar customers in my area. I can choose to respond to emails, but I would prefer not to have my cellphone information out there too wide.

I'm still waiting for Southern California Edison to come out here and do what they need to do to get it hooked up. I'm sure I'll be very satisfied with it because since I'm retired and home for quite a bit using air conditioner, my summertime bills have gotten pretty high.

I was in the HBHC business for a while and at best it's 40% efficient, and the cost of installation is a consideration. I also learn about them from a friend of mine who had them installed. But the selling point with Complete Solar was the fact that I'm basically leasing their solar panels, there is no cost outlay on my part at all. My experience in working with them has been good. They moved right along like they said they would. Going solar has worked out pretty well since installation. We're in a rural area and this has cut our energy bill quite a bit.

So far Complete Solar seems okay. I haven’t had any complaints. My first billing cycle went through and everything looks good so far. I have to compare it to what my normal Edison bill may have been versus what was produced. In terms of the installation, I haven’t seen any issues with rain or anything in my attic because I have one up there checked so it’s good. I have referred several people to Complete Solar.
