    Do NOT buy from this company. Not only was my order 2 weeks late - the dress they sent me had a HUGE hole. They then want me to pay to return it for only a 60% refund - and I would need to pay shipping AND a restock fee.

    These Sierra stores peoples never give them respect. First because they don't deserve respect. I have 2 delivery. One was Buffalo Amherst 1501 Niagara Fall Blvd. If someone have 52 feet trailer don't take delivery specially night time after 6. Don't go there. No lights there and them delivery spot very bad place. Blind spot. Night time without light in dark and women there very rudely behavior and thief person always think others are thief too. Anyway I deliver couple pallet there and come to Rochester NY and these smart peoples take delivery and put all garbage boxes in my trailer. Lady just handed me paperwork. Don't say nothing. Am done. You can leave. Say nothing and she locked door.

    When I go back to close my trailer door I see my boxes with pallets and plastic bags they put in my trailer without my permission. They can't do that but they did it so please anyone go 660 Jefferson Rd Rochester, NY make sure check your trailer after delivery but my decision am never take that store's delivery in my life. Peoples doesn't know how to talk with others and bullying with truck drivers so be careful peoples.

      I ordered 2 items on 9-27-24 and it didn't arrive until 10'14-24. Customer service was NO help. There is no tracking or any information about your order. All they said was it's coming from our warehouse. They solicit you to pay extra to get free shipping and then your order is thrown into the retail universe to find you whenever it can. I do not care how good their products are, their SHIPPING SUCKS. I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

      We have ordered from Sierra for a long time. But they only use FedEx as a carrier. FedEx has been awful in our area. Our orders have been week or months late or never arrive. Sierra refuses to use a different Carrier (not even the USPS). We love the products from Sierra but will look elsewhere because what's the point if FedEx won't deliver to our address in a timely manner or just return our items back to Sierra.

      I have loved Sierra Trading post for almost a year, traveling 100 miles to shop there. I specifically planned a trip to the store to return some higher dollar item and their return system was down last week and they would not extend their return window. I called again today to see if the system is available before making another trip and the answer was still no. This is ridiculous. I will be penalized because of their problem. The $400-$500 I've been spending there each month will be spent elsewhere. Bye bye Sierra Trading Post.

      Poor return policies and business practices. Returned a pair of shoes that did not fit. Was charged the return shipping fee along with an additional $10 for returning the item. Essentially it cost me $20 to return a pair of shoes. I called customer service to discuss and was advised I should have read the web pages. Nowhere on the return form does it indicate you will be charged these fees. They did not offer any solution. I will never purchase from here again.

      I ordered a pelican kayak on 7/2/24 for their “free” ship to store. I was told by several that sierra has gone down hill, I should have listened. 7-15 day ship time. On the 15th, 16th, and 17th day, I called the store and each day told the truck didn’t arrive. I contacted customer service 4-5 times and was told no reps were available. Transcripts were sent to my email. At this point I got so fed up I called customer service and the solution, “investigate” what happened and refund the money. I’m baffled that this place is still open with business practices like this. I will never shop at STP the STD of outdoor apparel stores. The prices are low because it doesn’t exist. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else. 0 stars for everything across the board.

      I have been a loyal customer of Sierra Trading Post since 2006, spending thousands of dollars on their products. I rarely have to return items because I know my sizes well, and most of the time, the fit is perfect for me. However, my recent purchase of hiking pants and shoes was a complete disaster. Despite my weight remaining the same, neither the shoes nor the pants fit me at all. I requested a return, sent the items back with the provided label, only to discover that I never received a refund. The lack of concern for my loyalty and the years I have spent with them is appalling. I asked for a credit to use on future purchases, but they refused to provide one. The customer service was unhelpful, with no option to escalate my complaint to a higher-ranking representative. The whole experience was cold and rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly advise others to do the same.

      At one time, before being bought-out by the big boxers, Sierra Trading was great. Now, there seems to be something wrong with each order. For example, receiving seconds, when nothing in the description mentioned seconds. Today, my size 11M Merrill Mohave shoes arrived in an 11M box, but the size in the box was a Wide. Plus, they were oil stained. The last time I contacted their customer service, the employee was extremely rude. I will just live with these and take Sierra Trading off my list for future purchases.

      Order pair of shoes on 5/10/24. 5/14, finally it ships. Then 5/20, we receive a pair of shoes, but completely the wrong item. Submit request to return that requires us to front the cash for the return shipping (which they will allegedly refund later), I reorder the shoes on 5/21, on 5/25 still the order has not shipped. Turnaround is horribly slow and any return regardless of fault causes the consumer to do the vast majority of the work. Get it together guys...
