Bureau of Insurance – This bureau protects consumers by ensuring that companies are providing affordable insurance and operating within Virginia law. LEGAL RESOURCES

Small Claims Court – If you are debating on filing a small claims court case, this webpage will give you information to help you make a decision. State and local consumer protection offices mediate complaints, conduct investigations, prosecute offenders of consumer laws, license and regulate a variety of professionals, promote strong consumer protection legislation, provide educational materials and advocate in the consumer interest.
