Attorney General – This website offers a variety of information for Illinois residents. Specifically this page features consumer protection links, and issues Illinois consumers may have. Illinois Commerce Commission – This division oversees regulation of different utilities and service providers. As a consumer, you can research the site for consumer protection rules and information on utility education. You can report problems or find a service provider. There are also links available to show how you can control your utility bills.
