World Variety Produce is recalling select lots of Melissa’s Dutch Red Potatoes with Dijon Mustard Sauce.

The product contains egg, an allergen not declared on the label.

People with this allergy or a severe sensitivity to egg who consume the recalled product have a risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recalled product, which comes in a 1.1.70 lb clear overwrap tray in cardboard sleeve with UPC Code 0-45255-15221-0 and “best by” dates running through early October 2022, was sold in the produce departments of grocery stores in Arizona, California, Florida, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Washington.

What to do

Customers with an  allergy or a severe sensitivity to egg who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but discard it.
