Naturally Wholesome Products is recalling gallon and pint containers of half & half sold under the brand name Wholesome Country Creamery.
Alkaline Phosphatase was found in samples during routine testing, suggesting the milk may not have been pasteurized sufficiently. That raises the possiblity that pathogens present in the raw milk -- including Salmonella, Campylobacter, Listeria, and/or E. coli -- have survived.
