Whole Foods Market is recalling Spicy Kimchi, White Kimchi, Kimchi Fried Rice and Kimchi Guacamole sold at one of its Los Angeles-area stores.
The products contain fish, shellfish or tree nuts, allergens not listed on the labels.
No illnesses have been reported to date.
The following items, which were sold at the company’s 365 by Whole Foods Market store in Silver Lake, Calif., between May 25 and May 27 are being recalled:
- Spicy Kimchi sold at the salad bar -- fish/shellfish
- Kimchi Fried Rice sold on the hot food bar -- tree nuts
- White Kimchi sold at the salad bar -- tree nuts
- Kimchi Guacamole sold in one-lb. pre-packaged clear plastic containers with lids, item number 20185700000 and sell-by dates of May 29 to May 31 -- fish/shellfish
What to do
Customers who purchased the recalled items may bring them back to the store for a full refund.
