The product, marketed for treatment of male erectile dysfunction, contains tadalafil, making it an unapproved drug.

There have been no reports of adverse events to date.

The recalled product -- which comes in 10-count blister packs under lot DAP272109 and has an expiration date of 4/1/26 -- was sold on the internet and fulfilled by Amazon nationwide.
