Two Rivers Coffee recalls peanut butter hot chocolate

The products contain peanuts, an allergen not declared on the label

Two Rivers Coffee of South Plainfield, N.J., is recalling peanut butter single serve hot chocolate pods distributed as "Brooklyn Bean Peanut Butter Cup Hot Cocoa," "Pingo Peanut Butter Cookie Hot Chocolate" and “Cold Stone Peanut Butter Cup Perfection.”

The products contain peanuts, an allergen not declared on the label.

No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported to date.

A list of the recalled products, with best by dates of January 2022, through December 2024, and sold nationwide through retail stores and online orders, may be found here.

Products manufactured after January 20th, 2023, are properly labeled in regard to allergen information.

What to do

Customers with a peanut allergy who purchased the recalled products should not consume them, but contact the place of purchase for a replacement or refund.
