Shane Erickson is recalling imc Wash-Free Hand Sanitizer and Thrifty White Pharmacy Wash-Free Hand Sanitizer.

The products may contain methanol (wood alcohol) not declared on the label which can result in nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, permanent blindness, seizures, coma, permanent damage to the nervous system or death.

There are no reports of adverse events to date.

A list of the products, made in China shipped throughout the U.S. to wholesale and retail customers, may be found here.

What to do

Customers who purchased the recalled product should stop using it and return it to place of purchase.

Shane Erickson is notifying customers by mail/email and arranging for the return of all recalled products.
