The Quaker Oats Company is recalling a total of 4,550 bags of Quaker Rice Crisps Sweet Barbecue Flavor.

The product may contain soy, an allergen not declared on the label.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recalled product, which comes in a 3.03-oz. bag, UPC 0 30000 31984 0 and a best-by date of May 29, 2021, was sold at retail stores in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia and Washington.

What to do

Customers with an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but discard or return it to a retailer for a refund
