Latin Foods Market is recalling one lot of Artri King Reforzado con Ortiga y Omega 3 tablets.
The product, marketed as a dietary supplement for pain relief and inflammation associated with arthritis and osteoarthritis, is tainted with diclofenac and dexamethasone.
The presence of diclofenac and dexamethasone renders the product an unapproved drug for which the safety and efficacy has not been established.
There have been no reports of adverse events to date.
The recalled product -- lot # 334 21, packaged in 100-count tablets per bottle in a cardboard carton with UPC 7 501031 111138 -- was sold online at www.latinfoods.com.

Latin Foods Market will send an email to all customers who ordered the product that advises them to discard it.
