Jaguar is recalling 176 model year 2022 Jaguar F-Type, F-Pace, and XF vehicles.
The driver and front passenger seat belt pretensioners may be damaged, which can cause the seat belts to not properly restrain occupants.
Improperly restrained occupants face an increased risk of injury in a crash.
What to do
Dealers will inspect and replace the front seat belt assemblies -- as necessary -- free of charge.
Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on September 16, 2022.
Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at (800) 452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H412.
