Hy-Vee of West Des Moines, Iowa, is recalling its Chicken Street Taco Kit.

The product contains egg, an allergen not declared on the label.

There have been no reports of illness or complaints to date.

The recall product, with the UPC 02-82503-09993 and a “Best If Use By” date prior to May 27, 2021 on top of label, was sold in deli cases in black plastic trays with clear plastic lids at Hy-Vee grocery stores in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

What to do

Customers with an egg allergy or sensitivity who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but discard or return it to their local Hy-Vee store for a full refund.
