PhotoHy-Vee of West Des Moines, Iowa, is recalling seven Hy-Vee Mealtime Asian Entrees.

The liquid egg used to make the fried rice contains milk, an allergen not declared on the label.

There are no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

The following items, which come in in 16- or 20-oz., plastic containers with best if used by dates of September 14 or 15, 2019, on the label on the top of the plastic lid, are being recalled:.

The UPC and Lot Code can be found on the label on the bottom of the plastic container.

The recalled products were sent to Hy-Vee grocery stores in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

What to do

Customers who purchased the recalled products should discard or return them to their local Hy-Vee store for a full refund.
