Forest River recalls 2022 Coachmen Catalina travel trailers

Forest River, Inc. is recalling 101 model year 2022 Coachmen Catalina travel trailers because a panel that separates the furnace from the cooktop was not properly sealed. An improperly sealed panel in that position could cause a cooktop flame to become inverted, increasing the risk of a fire. 

The company is working with dealers so that the furnace can be sealed from the cooktop in affected vehicles. Owners of the travel trailers can have the fix applied at no charge. 

Owner notification letters that include details about the recall are expected to be mailed on December 1, 2021. Consumers can call Forest River’s customer service line at 1-574-825-8657 for more information.
