Cuisine Innovations Unlimited of Lakewood, N.J., is recalling Vemondo Vegan Crabless Mini Crabcakes by Lidl.

The product contains egg yolk, an allergen not declared on the label. No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recalled product, which comes in an 8.5-ounce, 6-piece box marked with either of the following lot numbers: 23021 (Exp. Date 2/17/2023), 23121 (Exp. Date 2/18/2023), 23821 (Exp. Date 2/25/2023) and UPC Code 4056489310402, was sold after August 20, 2021, by retail stores in Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.

What to do

Customers with an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg yolk who purchased the recalled products should not consume it. Instead, they can return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
