Blount Fine Foods is recalling a single lot – 2,987 cases -- of Panera at Home Lobster Bisque.

The product may contain egg, an allergen not declared on the label.

No illness complaints have been reported to date.

The recalled product, which comes in a 16-oz. cup with lot number 030821-11K and “Use By” date of 5/17/2021, was sold in refrigerated cases in the deli department of grocery-retail stores in California. Colorado Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts , Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

It is NOT sold at any Panera bakery-cafe.

What to do

Customers with an egg allergy or sensitivity who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but return it to the place of purchase or visit for reimbursement.
