The TJX Companies of Framingham, Mass., is recalling about 21,000 Tommy Bahama brand children’s pants sets sold in the U.S. and Canada.

The plastic pieces on the end of the pants’ faux drawstrings can come loose and fall off, posing a choking hazard.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

This recall involves Tommy Bahama brand brown stretch twill children’s pants with rib cuffs and with a drawstring that were sold as part of a set with either a blue or green butter fleece crewneck top with an embroidered winking smiley face by the left shoulder.

The pants were sold in sizes 18M to 5T.

The sewn-in label on the pants is printed with “Suzhou Megatex Import And Export” and the style number CP08513. Only the pants in the set are included in this recall.

The pants, manufactured in China, were sold at Marshalls stores nationwide from December 2023, through February 2024, for $13 (set with green top) and $15 (set with blue top).

What to do

Consumers should immediately take the recalled pants away from children and cut off the faux drawstrings to eliminate the hazard. Consumers may also contact TJX for instructions on how to destroy the pants and obtain a full refund, or return the pants to any Marshalls store for a full refund.

Honeywell International of Charlotte, N.C., and System Sensor, of St. Charles, Ill., are recalling about 29,000 System Sensor L-series low frequency sounders and strobes for residential apartments and commercial buildings.

The devices can malfunction and cause the fire alarm system to fail to alert consumers to a fire.

Honeywell has received two reports of low or no sound output during installation. No injuries have been reported.

This recall involves all Honeywell System Sounder L-series Low Frequency Sounders, Sounder Strobes, and Compact Sounders.

The sounder and strobes are square, with white and red plastic housings, listed for wall mounting and measure about 5.6 by 4.7 inches for the sounders and strobes and about 5.3 by 3.5 inches for the compact sounder.

The model number, date codes and “System Sensor” are printed on the product label and carton.

Date codes 3034 and 3035 and the following models are included in this recall: HWL-LF, HWL-LF-BP10, HRL-LF, HRL-LF-BP10, HGWL-LF-BP10, P2WL-LF.

The sounders and strobes, manufactured in Mexico, were sold at Honeywell authorized System Sensor installers and fire equipment distributors nationwide from March through April 2023 for about $107.

The products contain contain undeclared prescription drugs including Sildenafil (Viagra) and/or Tadalafil (Cialis).

These products may cause severe adverse health effects due to misuse, overuse, interaction with other medications, underlying health conditions, and overall lack of oversight or consultation with medical professionals.

There are no reports of injury or illness to date.

Kia America is recalling 36,248 model year 2019-2020 K900s and model year 2018-2023 Stingers with a 3.3-liter turbo gasoline direct injection engine.

The left turbocharger oil feed pipe and hose assembly may deteriorate and leak oil.

An oil leak in the presence of hot engine components can increase the risk of an engine compartment fire while the vehicle is being driven.

What to do

Dealers will replace the left turbocharger oil feed pipe and hose assembly free of charge.

Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed by April 26, 2024.

Twenty Four Six Foods of Brooklyn, N.Y., is recalling about 290,000 bottles of Happiness USA Liquid Rolling Candy.

The candy’s rolling ball can dislodge from the product into a child’s mouth, posing a choking hazard and risk of death.

The firm has received one report of the rolling ball dislodging, resulting in a seven-year-old child choking in New Jersey in July 2023.

The child underwent emergency surgery to successfully remove the rolling ball from his throat.

This recall involves all flavors of Happiness USA liquid rolling candy.

The candy comes in blue raspberry, strawberry and green apple flavors, consisting of about one fluid ounce of liquid candy.

Each roller ball candy contains a flavored liquid candy with a rolling ball applicator to apply onto the tongue.

The bottle is resealable with a twist on plastic cap. “Funtime Roller Ball Candy” is printed on the front.

“Happiness USA” branding and warning labels are printed on the back.

The candy, manufactured in China, was sold at Kosher market stores nationwide from January 2018, through July 2023, for about $2.

Nestlé USA of Arlington, Va., is recalling about 440,500 metallic mugs included in 2023 Holiday Starbucks-branded gift sets.

The mugs can overheat or break if microwaved or filled with extremely hot liquid, posing burn and laceration hazards.

There have been 12 incidents of the mugs overheating or breaking resulting in 10 injuries, including nine severe burns/blisters on fingers or hands, and one cut on a finger. One incident required medical attention.

This recall involves four gift sets containing a ceramic mug with metallic coating that bears Starbucks branding.

They were sold in 11-oz. and 16-oz. sizes as part of one of the following gift sets sold during the 2023 holiday season:

• Starbucks Holiday Gift Set with two Mugs,
• Starbucks Classic Hot Cocoa and Mug,
• Starbucks Peppermint and Classic Hot Cocoas and Mug, and
• Starbucks Holiday Blend Coffee and Mug.

The gift sets, manufactured in China, were sold online and in-store at Target and Walmart, and through Nexcom (military retail outlets) nationwide from November 2023, through January 2024, for about $10, $13 or $20, depending on gift set.

Nissan North America is recalling 9,720 model year 2023 Rogues.

The driver and front passenger seat belt pretensioners may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can cause the seat belts to not restrain occupants properly.

Improperly restrained occupants have an increased risk of injury during a crash.

Dealers will replace the front seat belt assemblies -- as necessary -- free of charge.

A worldwide recall has been issued by Sleepnet Corporation for all CPAP and BIPAP masks with magnets.

When a magnet comes into close proximity to certain medical implants or metallic implants, it could interfere with the performance or the position of the implant, potentially resulting in serious injury or death.

The Sleepnet masks with magnets are safe when used in accordance with the newly updated Instructions for use.

There have been no medical device reports associated with the recalled masks.

The front windshield and rear window may not be secured properly and can detach.

During air bag deployment, an unsecured windshield may not support the front air bags as intended, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.

Bulldog Cases of Danville, Va., is recalling about 33,500 Bulldog Biometric Firearm Safes.

The gun safe’s biometric lock can be opened by unauthorized users, posing a serious injury hazard and risk of death.

The firm has received four reports of the safe being opened by an unauthorized user. No injuries have been reported.

This recall involves Bulldog Magnum Biometric Pistol Vaults, Magnum Biometric Pistol Vaults with Shelf, and Magnum Biometric Top Load Pistol Vaults. The black steel safes are used to store firearms and valuables.

The pistol vault (BD4030B) measures 11.5 inches by 8 inches by 5.5 inches, and the pistol vault with shelf (BD4040B) measures 11.5 inches by 10 inches by 8 inches. The top load pistol vault (BD4055B) measures 11.5 inches by 9.8 inches by 2.5 inches.

The pistol vault with shelf has one shelf and can store approximately two firearms. The model number can be found on a label on a silver sticker on the back right corner of the safe, and the brand name “Bulldog” appears on the front of the safe.

A factory reset has muted the Pedestrian Warning System (PWS) sounds.

If the PWS sounds are muted, pedestrians may be unaware of an approaching vehicle, increasing the risk of an accident.

Best Buy Purchasing of Richfield, Minn., is recalling about 189,000 air fryers and air fryer ovens sold in the U.S. and Canada.

The air fryers can overheat, causing the handles to melt or break, posing fire and burn hazards.

Additionally, the air fryer ovens can overheat and the glass on the door can shatter, posing fire, burn and laceration hazards.

The firm has received 24 reports of overheating/melting or glass shattering, including six reports of air fryers catching fire. No injuries or property damage have been reported.

This recall involves Insignia air fryers and Insignia air fryer ovens, model numbers NS-AF34D2, NS-AF5DSS2, NS-AF5MSS2, NS-AF8DBD2, NS-AF10DBK2, and NS-AF10DSS2.

The brand name INSIGNIA is on the top or front of each unit. A product rating label on the underside of each unit identifies the brand INSIGNIA and the model number.

The air fryers and air fryer ovens have cooking chamber capacities ranging from about 3.4 to 10 quarts, and plastic or plastic and stainless-steel bodies in black and stainless-steel finishes.

The air fryers and air fryer ovens, manufactured in China, were sold at Best Buy stores nationwide and online at www.bestbuy.com, www.eBay.com, and third-party sellers from November 2021, through November 2023, for between $32 and $180.

Chrysler is recalling 9,433 model year 2023-2024 Jeep Grand Cherokees and Jeep Grand Cherokee Ls.

When the master headlight switch is set to the AUTO position, the driver may be unable to activate the high beams quickly.

High-beam headlights that do not activate as intended can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dealers will reconfigure the vehicle high beam parameters free of charge.

This recall involves certain Machir biometric personal safes used to store personal items.

They measure about 10 inches by 14 inches by 10 inches.

• 12-oz. vacuum-packed packages containing a single piece of "Johnsonville POLISH KIELBASA TURKEY" sausage and best by dates "05/17/24" and "05/18/24" printed on the side of the packaging.

The recalled product, bearing establishment number "P-32009" on the side of the package, was shipped to retail locations nationwide.

A crack can occur between the adapter’s upper and lower cases allowing them separate completely and expose electrical wiring, posing electrical shock and electrocution hazards.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

This recall involves Yamaha’s PA-10 AC power adaptors with date codes ranging from 2126 to 2319.

Yamaha is printed on the front of the black power adapter and the date code is printed on the back.

The PA-10 AC Power Adapter was bundled with five Yamaha analog mixing console models -- MG10, MG10X CV, MG10XU, MG10XUF, and MG12XUK -- and sold as a stand-alone replacement part.

Only the PA-10 AC power adapter is being recalled.

Jool Baby of Lakewood, N.J. is recalling about 63,100 Nova Baby infant swings.

The swings pose a suffocation risk. They were marketed, intended, or designed for infant sleep, and have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees in violation of the CPSC’s Infant Sleep Products Regulation and the Safe Sleep for Babies Act.

In addition, the swing fails to meet mandatory warning requirements regarding sleep under the swing standard.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

The recall involves Jool Baby’s Nova Baby infant swings, manufactured from June 2022, through September 2023.

The recalled swings are gray and measure about 28 inches long, 19 inches wide and 24 inches high.

They have a round aluminum base with music buttons on the front, a metal seat frame, a cloth seat with restraints and a headrest, and a canopy with hanging toys (yellow moon, blue cloud, and pink star.)

The swings can be powered using AAA batteries or an AC adaptor and come with an electronic remote control.

“Jool Baby” appears on the swing’s base and “NOVA” on the seat label.

The manufacturing date code in month, day, year format may be found on the sewn-in warning label on the back of the swing’s seat.
