    The hub may separate from axle wheel end

    Airstream is recalling 224 model year 2022 Caravel, Flying Cloud, Globetrotter, International, and Pottery Barn travel trailers.

    The 42mm cartridge bearing washer within the hub assembly may crack, causing the hub to separate from the axle wheel end.

    Hub separation from the wheel end may cause loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Dealers will replace the 42mm cartridge bearing washer free of charge.

    Forest River recalls various Dynamax and Coachmen motorhomes

    The service valves on the LPG tanks may be improperly connected

    Forest River is recalling 172 model year 2021-2022 Dynamax Isata Class 3 & Class 5 motorhomes, model year 2021 Coachmen Sportscoach motorhomes, model year 2020 Coachmen Pursuit motorhomes, and model year 2017, 2020-2021 Coachmen Freelander motorhomes.

    The service valves on the LPG tanks may be improperly connected, which can cause a propane leak. A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

    What to do

    Dealers will inspect and replace the service valves -- as necessary -- free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on August 17, 2022.

    Vichy Labs recalls LiftActiv Peptide-C ampoules

    The glass packaging of the small, sealed vials can break when opened

    Vichy Laboratoires of New York is recalling about 206,200 LiftActiv Peptide-C Anti-Aging ampoules.

    The glass packaging of the small, sealed vials (ampoules) can weaken over time and break when opened, posing a laceration hazard to consumers' fingers and hands.

    The firm has received 35 reports of injuries, including one injury involving a cut to a person’s hand that required stitches.

    This recall involves Liftactiv Peptide-C Ampoules 1.8ml (10 pack) and Liftactiv Peptide-C Ampoules 1.8ml (30 pack) which are facial serums.

    The serum is packaged in amber-colored glass ampoules with the following batch numbers: 54T61Q, 54T91Q, 54TD1Q, 54TD2Q, 54TN1Q, 54TN2Q, 54TN3Q, 54TO1Q, 54U11Q, 54U12Q, 54U21Q, 54U31Q, 54U32Q, 54U41S, 54U42S, 54U51S, 54U52S,54U53S,54U54S,54U61S, 54U72S, 54U91S, 54U62S, 54U92S, 54UD1S, 54UO1S, 54W11S, 54W12S, 54W13S, 54W21S. The batch number is printed on the bottom or side of the pack.

    The recalled product, manufactured in France, was sold at CVS, Walgreens, and Target stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com and www.vichyusa.com from November 2019, through April 2022, for between $33 and $60.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Vichy USA Consumer Care for a full refund. The firm is contacting all known purchasers.

      An ignition timing software error for the engine control unit (ECU) may reduce engine performance, which can result in an engine stall.

      An engine stall can increase the risk of a crash.

      In the event of a vacuum-power brake assist failure, a software error in the electronic brake control module (EBCM) may result in a loss of power brake assist.

      A loss of power brake assist can extend the distance required to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

      The recalled products, packaged in individual meal sleeves or boxes that include a meal card marked with a QR code and Enjoy By dates between 7/11/22 through 7/14/22, were shipped to customers across the U.S. who selected the meals for delivery during the week of July 4, 2022.

      Aqualung recalls SCUBA diving computers

      The device may display incorrect calculations for sea level dive times

      Aqua Lung of Vista, Calif., is recalling about 16,400 Aqualung i330R SCUBA diving computers.

      The diving computers can fail to adjust to the user's altitude and may display incorrect calculations for sea level dive times at altitudes exceeding 3,000 feet. This issue could increase the risk of injury (decompression sickness) and make it more likely for users to drown.

      The firm has received one report of an incident in which the dive computer failed by displaying incorrect calculations. No injuries have been reported.

      The diving computers, manufactured in Taiwan, were sold at dive stores nationwide from May 2021, through March 2022, for between $400 and $600. A list of the recalled model numbers, serial number ranges, and manufactured dates may be found here.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled devices and contact Aqua Lung to arrange for a free repair.

      Consumers may download a software update through the DiverLog+ application or bring their recalled dive computer to their dealer or local dive center to have the software update installed.

      The Hammock Source is recalling about 32,500 Key West Knock Down Hammock Stands.

      The weld attaching the stand to the base can break, posing a fall hazard.

      The firm has received nine reports of the stands breaking at the base, including two reports of scrapes and bruises.

      This recall involves hammock stands made of eight pieces of steel tubing powder coated in bronze that were sold only as stands without hammocks.

      The hammock stands measure about 180 inches long by 48 inches wide by 48 inches tall. They were sold under the Key West brand with the model code KW-KDBRZ. The Hammock Source, the model code, and “Steel Hammock Stand” are printed on a white label on the outer package near the carry handle.

      The hammock stands, manufactured in China, were sold exclusively at Lowe’s stores nationwide and online at Lowes.com from October 2020, through May 2022, for about $120.

      A list of the recalled products may be found here. The firm has not received any complaints or reports of illness to date.

      The recall does not apply in the states of Delaware, Alaska, or Hawaii because no Family Dollar stores in Delaware received any recalled products, and the company has no stores in Alaska and Hawaii.

      J&M Foods is recalling its Lavender Shortbread Cookies.

      The product was erroneously packed with Chocolate Chip Cookies that contain soy and egg. The packaging does not list these potential allergens in the ingredients list.

      No illnesses have been reported to date.

      The recalled Favorite Day Lavender Shortbread, whch comes in a 7-oz package with UPC 0-85239-28609-8 and a Best By date of 18-Apr-2023, was sold at Target stores throughout the U.S.
