    Keystone recalls various fifth wheels and travel trailers

    The solar controller may be wired incorrectly

    Keystone RV Company is recalling 39,240 model year 2022 Keystone Arcadia, Carbon, Alpine, Avalanche, Cougar, Fuzion, High Country Montana, Hideout, Impact, Montana, Outback, Passport, Raptor, Springdale, and model year 2021-2022 Sprinter and Bullet fifth wheels and travel trailers.

    The solar controller may be incorrectly wired, causing certain components and safety alarms, such as carbon monoxide and propane gas detectors, to become inoperable.

    Inoperable safety alarms increase the risk of injury.

    What to do

    Dealers will inspect voltage readings and correct the wiring -- as necessary -- free of charge.

    Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on May 2, 2022.

    Ubco recalls model year 2021-2022 Ubco 2X2 ADV motorcycles

    A loose gear may contact the hub motor

    Ubco Bikes US is recalling 396 model year 2021-2022 Ubco 2X2 ADV motorcycles.

    A gear in the wheel hub may loosen and contact the hub motor.

    Contact between the gear and hub motor may cause the wheel to seize, leading to a loss of control that increases the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Dealers will inspect and replace the hub motor -- as necessary -- free of charge.

    Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed by May 6, 2022.

      Stutzman Farms recalls various Einkorn products

      The products contain wheat, an allergen not declared on the label

      Stutzman Farms of Millersburg, Ohio, is recalling all products with the Einkorn label.

      The products contain wheat, an allergen not declared on the label. No illnesses have been reported to date.

      The following products, sold at the company's location in Millersburg and other retailers in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, are being recalled:

      • Organic Einkorn Berries (sold bulk, or in 25 and 50 lb packages)
      • Organic Whole Einkorn Flour (sold bulk, or in 25 lb packages)
      • Organic All Purpose Einkorn Flour (sold bulk)
      • Organic All Purpose Flour (sold bulk)
      • Sourdough Einkorn Pretzels (sold in 4 and 8 oz packages)
      • Sprouted Einkorn Grate Nuts (sold in .75 and 3 lb packages)
      • Sprouted Einkorn Crackers (sold in .30 and 1 lb packages)

      What to do

      Customers with a wheat allergy or sensitivity who have purchased the recalled products should not consume them. Instead, they should discard or return them to Stutzman Farms for a refund.

      Forest River recalls various travel trailers and fifth wheels

      Loose wiring may cause a fire

      Forest River is recalling 1,009 model year 2022 Coachmen Catalina, Aurora, Apex, Freedom Express, Spirit, Work N Play, Forest River XLR Toy Hauler, Vengeance, Sabre, Cherokee, and Cardinal travel trailers and fifth wheels.

      The wire cord that connects to the back of the 50AMP shore power inlet may be loose.

      Loose wires may contact each other and cause an electrical short, increasing the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Dealers will replace the shore cord inlet free of charge.

      Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on April 18, 2022.

      Fairmont Foods recalls Schwan’s Spinach and Artichoke Dip

      The product contains allergens that are not declared on the label

      Fairmont Foods of Fairmont, Minn., is recalling corrugated boxes of Schwan’s Brand Spinach and Artichoke Dip.

      The product contains soy and wheat, which are allergens that are not declared on the label. There here have been no reported injuries or illnesses to date.

      The recalled product, packed in a brown corrugated box imprinted with a red Schwan’s Brand “Spinach and Artichoke Dip” along with weight and product information on the side of the packaging, may have been sold in the lower 48 States through Schwan’s home delivery network.

      The product was not sold in retail stores.

      What to do

      Customers with an allergy or sensitivity to soy and/or wheat who purchased the recalled product should not consume it. Instead, they should discard it and contact Schwan’s for a full refund.

      Plastikon Healthcare recalls Milk of Magnesia and other health care products

      The products are being recalled due to microbial contamination

      Plastikon Healthcare is recalling three lots of Milk of Magnesia, one lot of Acetaminophen, and six lots of Magnesium Hydroxide 1200mg/Aluminum Hydroxide Simethicone.

      The products are being recalled due to microbial contamination, which could result in intestinal distress, such as diarrhea or abdominal pain.

      Plastikon has not received any customer complaints to date. A list of the recalled products may be found here.

      Sakar International recalls Dimensions Bluetooth Speaker Helmets

      The helmets do not comply with the federal safety standards

      Sakar International of Edison, N.J., is recalling about 89,300 Dimensions Bluetooth Speaker Helmets sold in the U.S. and Canada.

      The helmets do not comply with the CPSC federal safety standard for bicycle helmets, posing a risk of head injury in a fall.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Dimensions Bluetooth Speaker multi-purpose helmets that come in black with black straps and a black buckle.

      The white label on the inside of the helmet contains Item # ACTGEAR-238BTS in the bottom left corner.

      The helmets, manufactured in China, were sold at Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com from July 2020, through January 2022, for about $25.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Sakar for instructions on receiving a free replacement.

      Consumers should not return the helmet to Walmart and should contact Sakar for a free replacement and to facilitate returns using prepaid postage packaging. Walmart will contact all known purchasers.

      Pfizer recalls high blood pressure medications due to cancer risks

      The products contain unacceptable levels of nitrosamine

      Pfizer is recalling Accuretic tablets and two authorized generics distributed by Greenstone.

      The products, used for treatment of high blood pressure, contain unacceptable levels of nitrosamine, which may increase the risk of cancer if people are exposed to them above acceptable levels over long periods of time..

      Pfizer is not aware of reports of adverse events to date.

      A list of the recalled products, which were shipped to wholesalers and distributors in the U S. and Puerto Rico from November 2019, to March 2022, may be found here.

      What to do

      Patients who are taking this product should consult with their health care provider or pharmacy to determine if they have the affected product.

      The water immersion heater can overheat, melt, or catch fire

      FXswede AB of Sweden is recalling about 5,000 ToolGuards Portable Water Immersion Heaters.

      The water immersion heater can overheat, melt, or catch fire, posing shock, electrocution, and fire hazards.

      The firm has received 19 reports of the recalled water immersion heaters overheating, melting, or catching fire and two reports of consumers being shocked.

      This recall involves ToolGuards portable water immersion heaters with a built-in thermostat used to heat water in foot baths, pools, water buckets, and similar locations. The water immersion heaters have TOOLGUARDS, Model TG_IMH_01 and Batch Number PO100301 printed on a silver label on the black plastic base of the unit.

      The water immersion heaters, manufactured in China, were sold exclusively on Amazon.com from December 2021, through February 2022, for about $45.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled portable water immersion heaters and contact FXswede AB for a full refund.

      Owners should unplug the water immersion heaters, cut the electrical cord, and submit a photo of the water immersion heater and the cut cord, along with the Amazon order number if available, to the firm as proof of destruction to receive a refund.

      Consumers should dispose of the recalled water immersion heater after submitting proof of destruction. The firm is contacting all known purchasers directly.

      An incorrectly assembled torsion bar may fail at the connection between the torsion bar and linkage, resulting in a loss of vehicle stability that increases the risk of a crash.

      Tennessee Technical Coatings is recalling all lots of HAND SANITIZER Isopropyl Alcohol Antiseptic 75%.

      The products contain methanol (wood alcohol), which can cause nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, permanent blindness, seizures, coma, permanent damage to the nervous system, or death.

      The firm has not received any reports of adverse events to date. A list of the recalled product's batch numbers may be found here.

      The recalled product was distributed in Tennessee to retail customers and wholesale companies that further distributed it. Distribution of the products occurred between April 2020, and August 2020.

      The product packaging is not child-resistant, as required by law

      Acme United of Rocky Mount, N.C., and Vancouver, Wash., are recalling PhysiciansCare brand Aspirin, Extra Strength Non Aspirin, Extra Strength Pain Reliever, Ibuprofen, Medication Station, and Multi-Pack.

      The packaging of the products is not child-resistant, as required by law. This poses a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves the PhysiciansCare brand Extra Strength Non Aspirin, Aspirin, Extra Strength Pain Reliever, Ibuprofen, Medication Station, and Multi-Pack over-the-counter drugs.

      The products contain aspirin, acetaminophen, or ibuprofen and are packaged in cardboard boxes of 50, 100, 250, and 500 tablets per box. A list of the recalled products may be found here.

      The drugs, manufactured in the U.S., were sold on Amazon.com and FSAstore.com from February 2014, through June 2021, for between $5 and $50.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately store the recalled products in a safe location out of reach of children and contact Acme United for information on how to dispose of or return the product and receive a full refund.
