    Macy’s recalls Martha Stewart Collection Oil & Vinegar Cruets

    The glass portion of the cruets can break during use

    Macy’s Merchandising Group of New York is recalling about 26,150 Martha Stewart Collection Oil & Vinegar Cruets.

    The glass portion of the cruets can break during use, posing a laceration hazard.

    The firm has received six reports of the glass cruets breaking, resulting in three lacerations, two of which required stitches.

    This recall involves the Martha Stewart Collection Oil & Vinegar Cruet, which is a tapered clear glass vessel with a square base and a metal spout.

    UPC number 608356787608 is printed on the hang tag tied to the product.

    A clear, plastic adhesive label with the Martha Stewart logo may also be affixed near the base of the cruet.

    The cruets, manufactured in China, was sold exclusively at Macy’s stores nationwide and online at www.macys.com from July 2017, through July 2021, for about $22.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to a Macy’s store or contact Macy’s to return the product with free shipping for a full refund.

      Airstream is recalling 222 model year 2021 Flying Cloud, Bambi, Caravel, Classic, Globetrotter, and International recreational vehicles with Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulators.

      The regulator may fail, causing an increase in propane pressure.

      Increased propane pressure can enlarge the flames in gas appliances, increasing the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Dealers will inspect and replace the regulator -- as necessary -- and test the propane system for leaks free of charge.

      Dole Fresh Vegetables is recalling a limited number of cases of conventional Curly Leaf Parsley.

      A sample collected in Michigan tested positive for non-O157 STEC (Shigatoxin-producing E. coli).

      No illnesses have been reported.

      Individual bunches of parsley purchased by consumers have a price look-up (PLU) number on binding twist-ties of 4899 and a UPC code of 0 3383 80330 0.

      The recalled product was sold in Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Missouri.

      What to do

      Customers who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but discard it.

      Infants can suffocate if they roll, move, or are placed on the lounger in a position that obstructs breathing, or roll off the lounger onto an external surface, such as an adult pillow or soft bedding that obstructs breathing.

      The recalled loungers were sold from January 2004, through September 2021, for between $30 and $44.

      Boppy company recalls over 3 million infant loungers

      Eight infants have died of suffocation

      The Boppy Company of Golden, Colo., is recalling 3.3 million Boppy Original Newborn Loungers, Boppy Preferred Newborn Loungers and Pottery Barn Kids Boppy Newborn Loungers.

      Infants can suffocate if they roll, move, or are placed on the lounger in a position that obstructs breathing, or roll off the lounger onto an external surface, such as an adult pillow or soft bedding that obstructs breathing.

      There have been eight reports of infant deaths between December 2015 and June 2020.

      The babies reportedly suffocated after being placed on their back, side or stomach on the lounger and were found on their side or on their stomach.

      This recall involves all Boppy loungers sold in a variety of colors and fashions and measure about 23 inches long by 22 inches wide and 7 inches high.

      The recalled loungers were sold at juvenile product stores and mass merchandisers nationwide and online, including Pottery Barn Kids, Target, and Walmart and online at Amazon.com from January 2004, through September 2021, for between $30 and $44.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled loungers and contact The Boppy Company for a refund.

      Huish Outdoors recalls Oceanic Adult Dry Top Snorkels

      The bottom purge valve on the snorkels can leak

      Huish Outdoors of Salt Lake City, Utah, is recalling about 76,000 Oceanic Adult Dry Top Snorkels.

      The bottom purge valve on the recalled snorkels can leak, allowing unexpected water entry, posing a drowning hazard.

      The firm has received 13 reports of the snorkels leaking. One injury, involving minor cuts to a consumer who tripped after a snorkel leaked has been reported.

      This recall involves Oceanic Adult Dry Top Snorkels.

      The recalled snorkels are white and gray with a blue plastic housing around an oval shaped, clear rubber bottom purge valve and a blue dry splash guard located at the top of the snorkel. It measures about 16.5 inches tall. Oceanic

      Adult Dry Top Snorkels with the following four-digit batch numbers are included in this recall: 2038, 2039, 2040, 2041, 2042, 2043, 2044, 2045, 2046, 2047, 2048, 2049, 2050, 2051, 2102, 2103, 2104, 2105, 2106, 2107, 2108, 2109, 2110, 2111, 2112, 2113, 2114 and 2115.

      The batch numbers can be found above the flexible gray tubing.

      The snorkels, manufactured in Thailand, were sold at Costco Wholesale Warehouses nationwide and online at www.costco.com from February 2021, through July 2021, for about $40.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled snorkels and follow the instructions online at www.oceanicsnorkel.com to destroy the product and register for a free replacement snorkel, shipping included.

      The rear brake caliper flexible lines may have been improperly routed, which could allow chafing against suspension components, and result in a brake fluid leak.

      A brake fluid leak can cause a loss of brakes and increase the risk of a crash.

      Dealers will modify the rear brake caliper flexible line mounting, and replace the rear brake caliper flexible line -- as needed -- free of charge.

      Textron recalls PTV and off-road vehicles

      The parking brake may fail, posing a crash hazard

      Textron Specialized Vehicles of Augusta, Ga., is recalling about 6,600 E-Z-GO PTVs and Tracker Off-Road Vehicles.

      The parking brake catch bracket can wear out and cause the parking brake to fail, posing a crash hazard.

      The firm has received 19 reports of worn parking brake latch brackets. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Personal Transportation Vehicles (PTV) and Utility Vehicles, based on Textron Specialized Vehicles’ TXT chassis, manufactured between March 1, 2021, and June 10, 2021.

      Recalled vehicles include the E-Z-GO Express S2, S4, S6 and L6, the E-Z-GO Freedom TXT, Valor and the Tracker Off-Road OX 400.

      The vehicles are commonly referred to as golf carts or golf cars and are used to transport people and material loads.

      The serial number range for the recalled E-Z-GO vehicles is 3509365 to 3531888 and the serial number range for the recalled Tracker Off Road vehicles is 8025639 to 8026154.

      The serial number can be found below the driver’s seat.

      The vehicles, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at E-Z-GO and Tracker Off-Road dealerships nationwide, online via E-Z-GO’s Dealer to Driveway program, and through Tracker Off-Road Ready to Buy program from March through August 2021, for between $6,000 and $13,000.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles. Textron Specialized Vehicles is contacting all purchasers directly to coordinate a free repair.
