    Porter World Trade recalls Ron Jon Surf Shop Sippy Cups

    The cup contains excessive levels of lead

    Porter World Trade of Cape Canaveral, Fla., is recalling about 9,700 Ron Jon Surf Shop Sippy Cups.

    The plastic characters on the cup contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban, and levels of a regulated phthalate that exceed the prohibition of specific phthalates.

    Lead and banned phthalates are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

    No incidents or injuries are reported.

    This recall involves 13.5-oz. Ron Jon Surf Sippy Cups. The main body of the cup is either orange, blue, pink, or green, with a rubber-like grip material around the cup.

    The rubber-like material has images of turtle, crab, fish, boat, and sea grass and the RON JON SURF SHOP design.

    UPC number 1082-0405 is printed on the bottom of the product.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately take the recalled sippy cup away from children and contact Porter World Trade for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund.

    Heartland Recreational Vehicles is recalling 104 model year 2019-2020 Milestone fifth-wheel trailers.

    The outriggers may bend due to loading within the rear storage area.

    If the outriggers bend, it can negatively affect vehicle handling, increasing the risk of a crash.

      Incredible Fish is recalling a small quantity of Incredible Stone Crab Mustard Sauce.

      The product contains milk, fish and eggs, allergens not declared on the label.

      No illnesses have been reported to date.

      The recalled product, packaged in 8-oz. containers, was sold to a limited number of consumers between October 15, 2020, and October 22, 2020, primarily through the company’s website.

      There is a potential that some direct customers of Incredible Fish may have re-sold this product at retail stores in Florida.

      What to do

      Customers with allergies or sensitivities to milk, fish, or eggs should who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but discard it or contact Incredible Fish to return it for a full refund.

      Diode recalls SL1 LED replacement headlamp bulbs

      The bulb can create excessive glare

      Diode Dynamics is recalling 27,890 SL1 LED replacement headlamp bulbs, part numbers DD0215P, DD0216P, DD0217P, DD0218P, DD0219P, DD0323P and DD0340P.

      The bulbs exceed the luminous flux standards for replaceable light sources, causing excessive glare or brightness to oncoming drivers. If the bulbs cause excessive glare, or brightness for oncoming drivers, it can increase the risk of crash.

      What to do

      Diode will notify owners, and will replace all SL1 LED headlamp bulbs with halogen headlamp bulbs free of charge.

      Schneider Electric recalls Surgeloc Surge Protection Devices

      The device can experience an arc incident, which can result in a fire hazard

      Schneider Electric Systems USA of Foxboro, Mass., is recalling about 47,250 Surgeloc Surge Protection Devices.

      The device can experience an arc incident, which can result in a fire hazard.

      The firm has received one report of an arcing incident that caused smoke damage to the wall in a commercial location. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Schneider Electric Surgeloc Surge Protection Devices.

      The 3-wire and 4-wire devices are primarily installed in commercial/industrial applications and may include some residential applications.

      They are black rectangular-shaped devices with a green plastic rimmed meter and a white label with “Square D by Schneider Electric,” with the date code and the catalog number on the front.

      The recalled devices were manufactured from January 1, 2013, (date code 13011) through August 24, 2020, (date code 20352). The date codes are in the YYWWD format (example: 20452 = year 2020, week 45, day 2 Monday; the day is optional). The date code is located on the front of the device.

      The devices, manufactured in Mexico, were sold at authorized Schneider Electric distributors from January 2013, through August 2020, and included in factory-ordered panelboards for between $400 and $1,200.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled surge protection devices and contact Schneider Electric for instructions on receiving a free equivalent replacement surge protector.

      Ferrari North America is recalling 1,063 model year 2018-2020 812 Superfast vehicles.

      The rear window may have been bonded incorrectly, which may lead to decreased, long-term adhesion.

      The rear window could fully detach from the vehicle, creating a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Ferrari will notify owners, and dealers will replace the rear window free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin December 5, 2020.

      Rocky Mountain Oils recalls Wintergreen essential oil and oil blends

      The product does not meet child resistant packaging requirements

      Rocky Mountain Oils of Orem, Utah, is recalling about 33,000 containers of Wintergreen essential oil, and Pain Ease, Sports Pro, True Blue, Relieve Me oil blends.

      The product, which contains methyl salicylate, does not come in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act, posing a risk of poisoning.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Rocky Mountain Oils Wintergreen essential oil, and oil blends Pain Ease, Sports Pro, True Blue, and Relieve Me in 15 mL amber glass bottles with black caps.

      “Wintergreen,” “Pain Ease,” “Sports Pro,” “True Blue,” and “Relieve Me” along with the firm’s logo and volume amount are displayed on the front.

      The UPC codes are displayed on the back of the bottle. The lot code is located on the bottom of the bottle.

      The oils, manufactured in the U.S., were sold online at Rockymountainoils.com and Amazon.com from May 2014, through October 2020, for between $16 and $35.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Wintergreen essential oil and oil blends, store the product in a safe location out of reach of children and contact Rocky Mountain Oils for a free replacement lid. Rocky Mountain Oils is contacting all purchasers directly.

      Automobili Lamborghini is recalling three model year 2020 Aventador SVJ Coupes and Aventador SVJ Roadsters.

      Due to potentially damaged aluminum frame threads, the front frame suspension arm anchor bolt may have been insufficiently tightened.

      The loose suspension arm anchor bolts may cause the suspension arm joint to collapse, resulting in a loss of control of the vehicle and increasing the risk of injury or a crash.

      What to do

      All of the affected vehicles are in dealer possession and owner letters do not need to be mailed.

      Dealers will inspect and replace the front frame free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin in October 2020.

      CB2 of Northbrook, Ill., is recalling about 407 Trace bookcases sold in the U.S. and Canada.

      The bookcase frame can collapse when fully loaded, posing an injury hazard.

      The firm has received 11 reports of the bookcase collapsing when loaded. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves the Trace Brass Bookcase (SKU: 338-925) and the Trace Black Bookcase (SKU: 603-232). T

      he bookcases measure 62 inches tall by 34 inches wide, have a brushed oak veneer or black frame with two wire mesh doors, and four shelves.

      Trace, CB2 and the SKU number are printed on a label on the back of the bookcase.

      The bookcases, manufactured in Vietnam, were sold at CB2 stores nationwide and online at www.CB2.com from June 2019, through July 2020, (Trace Brass bookcase) and during July 2020 (Trace Black bookcase) for about $1,400.

      The electric vehicle powertrain may unexpectedly shut down and not restart, due to a software issue in the Onboard Charging (OBC) system.

      An unexpected loss of propulsion without the ability to restart may increase the risk of a crash.

      The bookcase can collapse when fully loaded, posing an injury hazard.

      No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Crate and Barrel Danish White and Natural Tall Bookcases (SKU 325982) and Danish Walnut and White Tall Bookcases (SKU 325943). 

      The bookcases have four shelves, measure 60 inches tall by 32 inches wide, and have a two-tone white and wood finish.

      There is a label under the bottom shelf with Crate and Barrel, the SKU number and the name of the product.

      The bookcases, manufactured in China, were sold at Crate and Barrel stores nationwide and online at www.crateandbarrel.com from June 2017, through January 2020, for about $300.
