I bought a Papitese (Maltese & Papillon mix) about 3-4 months ago & we love her! She is super healthy & super cute. I am very impressed with the professionalism & compassion from Palm Beach Puppies. We live in VA so we had to have her flown in. They were very helpful & wanted to make sure Princess was gonna be in good hands. She is God's little blessing to us. Thank you so much Palm Beach Puppies for bringing such a joyful, playful addition to our family!

I bought a Golden Retriever from PBP May 2014. Dog sick almost immediately with skin rash. Completely consumes dog until whole body is covered with sores. Some areas on her body won't recover from the scarring. Only thing that cures here is steroids. Steroids are very bad for dogs. Tried calling and contacting via email but they will not respond. Please do not buy a dog from this puppy mill.

This company is an utter disappointment. They don't only charge an absurd price for their puppies, but they also sell you sick animals. I purchased a Maltese towards the end of December- shortly after leaving the facility I noticed that the puppy had a severe cough. I called the owner of the company the day after and explained the circumstances. He said that this was "adjustment cough." BEWARE! It's been about a month $2,200 for the dog, multiple $100 more for vets visits, and 3 rounds of antibiotics and my dog is still sick! I can guarantee they were aware of the condition of the dog prior to sending it home with me but failed to disclosed it because of pure DISHONESTY!!! Save yourself a headache and money and buy your dog elsewhere!

I'm sorry but I disagree with all of the reviewers below. Just because a puppy ends up being sick does not always mean that there is a conspiracy going on or that it is a "puppy mill". A small percentage of dogs in any population will get sick or die and that is very sad. It is however, very normal and it's not fair to blame stores or breeders immediately if your puppy is unlucky enough to end up sick.

I don't know the vet in question but I am familiar with the store and have nothing but glowing recommendations for them. I bought an extremely healthy puppy there and know at least 12 others who have had great experiences there as well. I truly feel sorry for those, whose puppies were not healthy but people should think twice before pointing a finger. If they weren't happy with the vet, why didn't they go elsewhere? If my dog was sick, I would always get a second opinion if it was life-threatening. I especially like Heidi as it's easy to see that she is a true dog lover. I agree that some of the folks who work at the store are a little lost but it's hard to get good help anywhere these days. Give Palm Beach Puppies a break!!

I am reading all these complaints and I can not believe these people are still in business. I bought a puppy from the SIX years ago. She was sick with GIARDIA and Clintmoore helped them cover it up. They would not pay any of the vet bills and both the vet at Clintmoore and the son and father at Palm Beach Puppies were extremely rude. They would not even answer my calls. The good news is that after about 1000 dollars in vet bills, she was ok and today we have a healthy and adorable 6 year old Yorkie Poo that we love.

The owners and the manager are very rude. This place is such a big scam. They sell sick puppies with no paperwork.

I bought a dog imperial shih tzu which had respiratory issues where they had to do surgery to her nose. It then went into renal failure. They refunded my money after being attached to the dog. Clintmore Hospital, which is the pet hospital in conjunction with them, are horrible and think they work hand in hand with covering up illnesses as they did me on my second purchase of a dog with severe diarrhea. I went to pick up the records after testing. Everyone was hiding, stating the medical records where with the doctor at home. I was given meds for Giardia and Coccidia. Then when asked questions about constipation due to wrong dose of meds, they discharged me as a client.

I called Palm Beach Puppies and now they refuse to pay for another vet, so what does this mean? Means that they have conflict of interest with the hospital and work hand in hand as the hospital is aware all their dogs are sick and they love collecting Palm Beach Puppies' money. So does Palm Beach like selling sick dogs, which they get for near to nothing. All of their dogs are almost overpriced, sick mixed breeds. I am in forensics and all I do is detect fraud and both of these companies are fraud. You do have the right to dispute your charges. Please never pay them with cash. After selling me a sick dog that went into renal failure, how dare that greedy owner turn around and sell me a dog that has the runs and refuse to pay for further meds?

I will see an attorney and report them on top of disputing charges with my bank. You know who I am, go ** yourself. Hopefully run into traffic and commit suicide. This is the one dying in a hospital right now that even the hospital will not let me know how she is doing with my name still being on contract.

I recently purchased, from Palm Beach Puppies in Boca Raton, a tiny Yorkiepoo who was, to my surprise, harboring a serious respiratory infection. She, after almost seven weeks, is still fighting while on serious medicines. She has gone thru a couple courses of antibiotics, an expectorant, suppressant and bronchial dilator, but to no avail. Vet bills are covered by this irresponsible establishment (who are incredibly rude and unwilling to communicate), but vet visits are excessive and late nights in steam and an abundance of concern are hardly part of the pleasures and early process of puppy adoption. In addition, the health of other pets in my home (and some are elderly) has been seriously compromised! Everyone is being medicated. It is not enough that vets bills are covered. Palm Beach Puppies is a puppy mill unto itself and needs to be investigated. So, too, are the breeders supplying to them. Buyers beware!

My friends and I got puppies from Palm Beach Puppies in Wellington. They were both sick and hospitalized. Yet, they refused to refund our money because they claim its all curable! Their puppies are unfit for sale and everyone at Clintmoore animal hospital that I have spoken with confirm their bad reputation, customers and employees! My dog has had Giardia from day one and we have continued treatment until she had the worst of all the symptoms two days ago. I took her to the Vet and she was immediately put on IV and kept for treatment. They won't refund me my money I paid for her and take her back because they are paying the Vet who is not declaring her clinically ill per FL Statute 829.29 section 9. (FL Pet Lemon Law). They need to be shut down. I've file a complaint today with the state attorney general's office and contacted an attorney for legal advice that has dealt with similar cases.

They pay the vet off to clear these animals until she dies from being too sick, they won't declare her unfit for sale! So sad! Please help me. Its terrible these pups are left to be so sick and have to suffer so much. I want my money refunded. I paid for a healthy dog and all I have gotten over this last month is a sick puppy who has spent too much time at the Vet and on medicine that isn't helping. They claim it's curable but it's costing me time away from work and my kids trying to take care of the sick dog and keep her away from the kids to avoid getting them sick! She's clinically ill from the Giardia and yet they will not accept her and refund my money.
