I want to warn you all.... No matter how much you want a puppy DO NOT purchase from any puppy store! The puppies may look cute, but just know you have no idea where their puppies are coming from. I found out mine came from Missouri which has the highest number of puppy mills. I found this out after insisting on obtaining the rest of my pup's Vet records since my puppy was sick from day 1. Once I received the records 2 days later, I realized my poor pup was basically poisoned by over vaccinating and also was treated multiple times with antibiotics for infection.

I bought Morkie from these crooks a year ago in the Boca location. "Toy Morkie" that was suppose to be a you has now grown to 7 pounds. I can't return it and I spend 2700 for this dog. Stay away from this place. No integrity or honesty. Just another puppies mill, if I spent 2700 I want a toy Morkie. This false advertising at its best, they know by the time dog reached 7 pounds your kids are attached and you can't return. They should be shut down...I want my money back.

Stay away from this place! Don’t suffer what I’m going through now with my little puppy. We just got our little male Morkie from Palm Beach Puppies. It has been nonstop vet visits. First he was tested and found positive for parasites. Put on medication for that. Now he was just diagnosed with very bad kennel cough. This morning we woke up and he was throwing up. Me and my boyfriend have not gotten a full night's sleep since we got our little baby. Nothing can compare to the stress and heartache we have experienced these past two weeks we have had Ollie. To watch him suffer is heartbreaking. If you want a healthy puppy don’t buy your puppy here. I have called Palm Beach Puppies and they try to bribe me with a $25 dollar store credit (how convenient). I will put this warning out wherever I can. Do not buy a puppy from here!

I went in the other day with my daughter and it was next to impossible to walk out without a new furry friend! All of the dogs were to die for, not to mention the place looked clean and the puppies looked healthy. I promised my daughter we could come back around Christmas time for an early present, and I plan on sticking to that promise.

We purchased our new Cockapoo puppy “Jasper” from Palm Beach Puppies a few weeks ago and his happy personality tells us that he was affectionately cared for before He came to us. Allen and his staff are true professionals and have proven to us that they do stand behind their puppies. We’ve also received follow up calls from Allen and from the store manager to check up on how Jasper is adjusting to his new home. Don’t expect hovering salespeople trying to push a product, they are not just products to be sold for them. They care about their puppies and want to be certain they are going to good homes. We are so happy with our new family member and feel blessed to have found him! Thank you Allen.

Purchased an eight week old tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I usually buy from a breeder, but both breeders here had nothing avail for at least three months. Saw a photo of my pup online and it looked like a stock photo. Regardless, I drove down to Boca and was shocked to find her more beautiful in-person (photo taken when I met her in the store). Three days later she got ill and I rushed her to the 24 hour vet hospital in PBG. Even though she had been vaccinated, she was diagnosed with parvo and spent four days isolated in the hospital. Palm Beach Puppies promptly refunded 100% of my money (it covered my hospital bill). The pup survived and I couldn't be happier.

I have always wanted a pug and checked out a few pet stores in my area before deciding to choose Palm Beach Puppies. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable of the pug breed as well as many other breeds. I was extremely impressed with their ability to find the pug I have always wanted, which was an all black adorable healthy pug. I've had Bernard for 3 months now and he is the perfect fit for my husband and I. He likes to go visit for a nice groom session every two weeks and they do amazing job, covering all the bases of dog grooming. Thank you so much Palm Beach Puppies for all your excellent ways of caring for your customers and our fur baby!

My wife and I went in to buy toys and things we needed for our dog. They had everything and also spent time with us. We did not buy the dog there but they treated us very well. I would go back and felt compelled to write this posting.

Allen at Palm Beach Puppies is so nice. He helped me so much, picking out the right dog for me. Was a great experience and Allen was so professional. I will recommend Palm Beach Puppies to all my friends.

I bought Sasha there 11 years ago and she has been in great health. I can't understand the complaints. When I go to their store every customer seems very happy. I would recommend them to everyone. Great people!
