Your pet's size determines the cost of Nom Nom’s service. We ran a few options through the online quiz and came up with an average price between $67 and $176 for a biweekly plan. We were provided a 50% off coupon for our first purchase, making the total just over $30 for an 8-pound dog.

The company also offers half portions, which helps reduce the cost for customers who supplement their dog’s regular food with higher-quality recipes. • Nom Nom microbiome testing kit: Microbiome testing helps you understand your dog’s stomach health and pinpoint the cause of any digestive, skin, immune system or weight issues. The test gives you a detailed analysis of bacteria in your pet’s gut and provides suggestions for how to improve gut health in your pet. Kits are $35.

Well, OnTrack, their delivery company sucks. BTW this delivery company sucks in general, as I've seen professionally and personally. OnTrack management and drivers don't seem to give a >>>insert profanity<<<. NomNom is going cheap. I understand, but when delivery isn't reliable and inconvenient (leaving in Amazon lockers w/o passcode or communication) or not delivering on time or as expected. Delivery issues = 3+ strikes, you're out. We're moving back to Ollie, where they're way more reliable because they seem not to have cheapen out. Our dog loves NomNom, but we're either going with a competitor or making his food now. Your delivery company cost you a customer. Look at all the other reviews. Maybe we should have quit a while back, now that I'm reading.

Pictures show the food with chunks of meat and vegetables. But when you receive the order the food is a mush of stuff that is hard to tell exactly it is. It also comes frozen with rubber bands around bunches that make it hard to store as the packages are all squished up into odd shapes. I have contacted them several times but only get the reply of. "Thank you. Will forward to our team."

This was my first time trying this service, recommended by a friend, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Without any notice or communication, my account was canceled and my order was terminated. I waited several days thinking the food would arrive, but nothing came. Because of this, I ended up wasting time and now my pet is nearly out of food, forcing me to rush and make an urgent last-minute purchase. Such irresponsible handling shows a serious lack of customer care. I truly expected better, but this experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to recommend this service to others.

The food is fine - no different than the other brands who do the same thing - but the packaging is absolutely atrocious. The packs come rubber banded together and because they are banded while at room temp, the rubber bands cut into the packaging and create these horrible indentations in every possible direction making it impossible to stack the packs neatly in the freezer. Seriously, super chaotic and unprofessional presentation, and some packs even busted in transit due to the pressure created from the banding. I am shocked at how such a large company can let their product leave the facility looking like this. I gave them 3 orders to get it right thinking maybe it was a mistake or oversight at first, but nope.

Bought it, in hopes, the girls would eat it. Gradually added it to their food, but they would not eat it. They won't eat everything but this food. Glad I did not allow them to continue shipping. That was their big thing.

My food was delivered a day later than promised. The box was open. The freezer bag was thawed as was the food and no one has responded to my issue. The only response I got was an automated message from "Ollie".

Hi Sharon, we're so sorry for the unexpected experience! We understand your concern and can reassure you that as long as the food arrives chilled, the meals are safe to serve (or freeze). We refer to the USDA regulations on refreezing: trynom.com/17jnn0

Our packaging is designed to keep Nom Nom cool to the touch until it arrives safely to you, but we do expect the dry ice to sublimate in transit. Please don't hesitate to reach us at care@nomnomnow.com with any additional questions. Thank you!

I'm sorry but I was very disappointed when I opened my first box. The packages were frozen together and wrapped with gum bands that had cut into some of the packages. I had to pry the packages apart with a case knife. Even after prying the packages apart some had pieces of gum band frozen into them. Pictures provided. I won't order from them again.

I had my dog on Farmer's dog and accidentally ordered Nom Nom. My dog is a picky eater but actually liked Farmer's dog. When I got to trial for Nom Nom I decided to give it a try. I received beef, chicken and turkey. I offered my dog all of the varieties and he would just smell it and walk away. I had quite a bit of food that he wouldn't eat so I offered it to two of my friends for their dog and they refuse to eat it too. I don't know what is in this food but apparently it needs something in it to make it tasty for dogs. At this point I have about 20 packages of food that I don't know what to do with. I went back to Farmer's dog and my dog is very happy now.

My dogs ate this food for over a year to all of a sudden, neither will touch it! Even after nothing to eat for two days. They won’t eat it. They had to have changed something for both to decide not to eat! They will do nothing about backing their food because it’s not my first delivery. So BEWARE!!!!

I have tried other Fresh food and they are better. The way they ship the food is poor and shows they don't care. They use rubber bands to secure 9 packages together and it makes it difficult to separate. Whereas Spot and Tango, Ollie, The Farmer's Dog all ship the items not bound by rubber band making it easier to unpack and store. For the price I would recommend another brand for your dog. The food quality is subpar compared to other brands.
